A first width of each transmission line which is not located above the cross-trench portion is less than a second width of the transmission line which is located above the cross-trench portion. A first distance between the two transmission lines which are not located above the cross-trench portion is greater than a second distance between the two transmission lines which are located above the cross-trench portion.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a multi-frequency antenna. The multi-frequency antenna includes a ground portion, a support body, a radiation portion, and a strap. The ground portion defines a gap, and two grooves communicating with the gap and located at opposite ends of the gap. The radiation portion resists against a sidewall bounding the gap, and is connected to the strap. The radiation portion is accommodated in the gap and substantially coplanar with the ground portion. The radiation portion defines a slot. The support body is located in the gap and on the radiation portion, to support the strap.

Abstract: A high-frequency module includes an antenna, an impedance matching circuit, and a transmission wire. The transmission wire is connected between the antenna and the impedance matching circuit. The transmission wire includes a dielectric layer, a signal layer, and two ground layers. The signal layer and the ground layers are located on the dielectric layer. The ground layers are located at opposite sides of the signal layer respectively. A space is formed between a signal and each ground layer.

Abstract: A printed circuit board (PCB) includes a power layer, a ground layer, a through hole, and a conductor. The through hole goes through the power layer and the ground layer. The conductor includes a hollow columnar main body and an extending portion. The main body is formed in a bounding wall of the through hole, and is conductively connected to one of the power layer and the ground layer, and insulated from the other one of the power layer and the ground layer by an insulation area. The extending portion extends out from the circumferential surface of the main body. The extending portion extends into the insulation area and is insulated from the other one of the power layer and the ground layer, to increase an area of the power layer facing the ground layer.

Abstract: Method and system for personalizing online content are disclosed. One of the features of the invention is to determine a user's preference based on the information of the network-based digital content downloaded by the user, and accordingly to build a personalized database. In reference with the personalized database, the system will provide the related personalized information. According to the preferred embodiment, a network connection between a user information system and a remote information service platform is established in the beginning. The method then goes to analyze the user's preference from the selected digital content, and build the personalized database. After that, the invention accordingly provides the personalized information relating the preferred video and audio content.

Abstract: A non-volatile memory includes a substrate having two openings, a stacked gate structure disposed on the substrate between the two openings, a liner disposed on a bottom of each of the two openings and parts of a sidewall of each of the two openings, a second conductive layer disposed on the liner at the bottom of each of the two openings, and a third conductive layer on the second conductive layer and the liner. The stacked gate structure includes a first dielectric layer, a charge storage layer, a second dielectric layer, and a first conductive layer. The liner has a top surface lower than that of the substrate. The second conductive layer has a top surface co-planar with that of the liner. The third conductive layer has a top surface at least co-planar with that of the substrate and lower than that of the first dielectric layer.

Abstract: A compensation method compensates for a length offset between a first transmission line and a second transmission line of a differential signal transmission. The compensation method includes calculating a transmission speed of a first signal in the first transmission line, measuring lengths of the first and second transmission lines, calculating a transmission time of the first signal in the first transmission line, and calculating a relationship between permittivity values of the first and second transmission lines. The compensation method further changes the permittivity values of the first and second transmission lines according to the relationship.

Abstract: A photosensitizing chip package construction and manufacturing method thereof is comprised of photosensitizing chips constructed on one side of a wafer using a bonding layer; a color attachment array being disposed over those photosensitizing chips; a glass substrate provided with weir and covered up over the color attachment array; a proper gap being defined between the glass substrate and the color attachment array to promote permeability of stream of light by direct receiving stream of light from those photosensitizing chips constructed over the wafer.

Abstract: An auxiliary position apparatus is adapted for an injection molding machine which includes a nose and the nose has a nozzle at one end thereof. The auxiliary position apparatus includes a position device for being mounted to the nose and at least two light emitting devices adjustably mounted to the position device. The two light emitting devices can emit two adjustable light beams to focus as a light-spot which is substantially in alignment with the nozzle on a mold placed on the injection molding machine. By moving the mold to make the light-spot located at an injecting hole of the mold, the nozzle can be adjustably in alignment with the injecting hole rapidly and precisely before the injection molding operations.

Abstract: An apparatus of combined an online music player and a chip card reader, and an online payment system and the method are disclosed. Particularly, a network-platform agent program is employed to activate an online music playing unit and a chip card reading unit disposed inside the apparatus. The apparatus provides the chip card reader an environment linking to network, so the user may use the chip card with deposit of money to process online trade and payment through the chip card reading unit. It is featured that no further user authentication or transmission of personal data is required. According to the preferred embodiment, the apparatus of combined online music player and chip card reader are provided to link to a network information service platform via the agent program. Therefore, the invention provides an easy way for the user using the apparatus to process the trade and payment on the platform.

Firstly, a plurality of isolation layers, which are spaced and parallel to each other are formed in the substrate. Next, a plurality of word lines and a plurality of oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) stack structures are formed on the substrate. The word lines are spaced and parallel to each other, and also the word lines are perpendicular to the isolation layers. Each of the ONO stack structure is located between the corresponding word line and the substrate. And then a plurality of discontinuous bit lines, which are located between the word lines and between the isolation layers are formed on the substrate. The structure of the present invention of the NAND type dual bit nitride read only memory is similar to that of a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS), and their fabrication processes are fully compatible.

Abstract: A static/dynamic multi-function measuring device for linear unit, includes a foundation, a multi-direction sliding unit having eddy current detector, a linear motor, a linear unit with a sensing element and an optical measuring unit; the static/dynamic multi-function measuring device uses the linear motor to drive the multi-direction sliding unit with low friction to provide a non-contact measurement of a parallel alignment of the linear unit, a linear accuracy measurement of the linear unit, and a vibration measurement of the linear unit to detect the parallel alignment of the linear unit and the linear accuracy of a slide rail and so on, the static/dynamic multi-function measuring device also measures errors of the linear unit and a slide block moving in the vibrating and the rolling direction.
