    Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a pre-deposition treatment of materials utilized in metal gates of different transistors on a semiconductor substrate. In an embodiment, a method includes exposing a first metal-containing layer of a first device and a second metal-containing layer of a second device to a reactant to form respective monolayers on the first and second metal-containing layers. The first and second devices are on a substrate. The first device includes a first gate structure including the first metal-containing layer. The second device includes a second gate structure including the second metal-containing layer different from the second metal-containing layer. The monolayers on the first and second metal-containing layers are exposed to an oxidant to provide a hydroxyl group (—OH) terminated surface for the monolayers. Thereafter, a third metal-containing layer is formed on the —OH terminated surfaces of the monolayers on the first and second metal-containing layers.

    Abstract: A latch device is disposed between a first member and a second member that are pivotally combined. The latch device includes a main body, a hook member, and a moving member. The main body has one side fixed to the first member and a containing groove opening toward an outer side. The hook member is fixed to the second member. The moving member is in the containing groove and slides between a first and a second position. When the moving member is at the first position, the moving member is engaged with the hook member, such that the first member and the second member close. When the moving member is at the second position, the moving member retracts with respect to the main body, such that the moving member is parted from the hook member, whereby the first member and the second member open.

Magnetic poles of the top of the lower magnet and a bottom of the upper magnet are the same. When the at least one button module is pressed downward, the lower magnet drives the switch assembly to convert a switch-off state into a switch-on state by virtue of a repelling force of the upper magnet pushing against the lower magnet, so that the at least one electronic switch is triggered.

    Abstract: A FIFO circuit for a DDR memory system includes a pointer generator and a FIFO circuit. The FIFO circuit includes a pointer generator and a FIFO buffer. The pointer generator receives a first reset signal and a delay select signal from the memory controller. After the first reset signal is de-asserted, the pointer generator generates a write pointer according to a first reference clock and the pointer generator generates a read pointer according to a second reference clock. An input data is stored into the FIFO buffer according to the first reference clock and the write pointer. An output data is outputted from the FIFO buffer according to the second reference clock and the read pointer.

The first hinge and the first cam, when the first housing portion is rotated in relation to the second housing portion, may cause the sliding plate to move in a first linear direction. In response to the sliding plate moving, the plurality of magnets may cause the magnetic keyboard to move in a second linear direction perpendicular to the first linear direction.
