  • Publication number: 20010032287
Abstract: A processing method, a chip set and a controller for supporting message signaled interrupt. A memory write transaction on a PCI bus is monitored. When the address of the system memory specified in the interrupt message of the write transaction is located at a range of a reserved interrupt address, the interrupting service sequence is performed. The reserved interrupt address is located in an address of a system memory. Thus, the data to be processed and the system-specified message are written in the buffer and arranged in sequence. The problem of “write buffer latency” is resolved, and is irrelevant to the level of the PCI bus. Many system specified messages can be stored in the system memory, so that multiple system message signaled interrupts issue from different peripheral components can be processed in the same interrupt service routine.

  • Patent number: 6302394
Abstract: A game table includes an elongate horizontal base wall, and two short side walls and two long side walls to confine a simulated soccer field space. At least two manipulating rods are mounted rotatably and transverse to the long side walls in a first axis. Each rod has two end portions protruding to be outboard to the long side walls so as to form two handle grips thereon, and at least one torso portion secured thereon so as to rotate therewith. A lower limb portion is disposed between each torso portion and the base wall, and includes upper and lower ends, and an intermediate section pivoted to the respective torso portion such that when the upper end is pulled, the lower end will swing about a second axis transverse to the first axis. A cord member has a connecting end secured to the upper end, and a pulled end led towards the handle grip such that a jerking of the pulled end towards the handle grip will actuate the swinging of the lower end.

  • Patent number: 6302526
Abstract: This specification discloses an electrode type print head for the printing apparatus and the method for manufacturing the same. The print head is placed in the inkjet cartridge of an inkjet-printing device. The print head comprises a substrate and a flexible nozzle plate with an ink reservoir formed in between. The flexible nozzle plate is attached onto the substrate, and the electrode set of the flexible nozzle plate corresponds to that of the substrate. When currents of different polarities are provided thereon, an absorptive force is generated to pull the flexible nozzle plate closer to the substrate. A pushing force jets the ink out of the print head and onto a printing media to achieve the goal of inkjet printing.

  • Patent number: 6303436
Abstract: A method for fabricating a type of Trench Mask ROM cell comprises steps including: providing a substrate doped lightly with p-type dopant, sequentially forming a pad oxide layer and a nitride layer on the substrate; etching back the pad oxide layer, the nitride layer and the substrate to form plural trenches; a gate oxide layer being formed on surfaces of each trench; then, implanting n+-type ions into the substrate beneath the pad oxide layer and between each two adjacent trenches; and, forming a polysilicon layer on the gate oxide and pad oxide; finally, implanting n+-type ions into the substrate beneath the gate oxide layer on bottoms of selected trenches. And, it is appreciated that the sequence of the formation of plural trenches and implanting n+-type ions into substrate between each trench can be reversed in the embodiment without affecting subsequent steps.

  • Patent number: 6303454
Abstract: The present invention provides method to fabricate a snap-back flash EEPROMS device. The method begins by forming a gate structure 22 24 28 26 on a substrate. The gate structure comprises: a tunnel oxide layer 22, a floating gate 24, integrate dielectric layer 28, and a control gate 26. A drain 14 is formed adjacent to the gate structure by an masking 51 and ion implant process. Next, a source side doped region 18 is formed adjacent to and under a portion of the gate structure 22 24 28 26 by an masking and ion implant process. Spacers 32 are now formed on the sidewalls of the gate structure. A source 20 is formed overlapping portion of the side source doped region 18 and adjacent to the spacers 32. The side source doped region has a lower dopant concentration than the source 20. This method forms a snap-back memory cell wherein the side source doped region 18 is used to apply a high voltage to operate the EEPROM cell in a snap-back erase mode.

  • Publication number: 20010028679
Abstract: A phase demodulator is used for measuring a phase difference between a phase-modulated test signal and a phase-modulated reference signal having fixed carrier frequencies. The phase demodulator includes an amplitude control device for adjusting amplitudes of the test and reference signals. A differential amplifier receives amplitude-adjusted test and reference signals from the amplitude control device, obtains an intensity difference between the amplitude-adjusted test and reference signals, and amplifies the intensity difference to generate an amplitude-modulated output. An amplitude demodulator demodulates the amplitude-modulated output to obtain an output that is related to the phase difference.
