  • Patent number: 11217720
Abstract: A method for depositing a CdTe layer on a substrate in a vacuum chamber by means of physical gas phase deposition is provided. The substrate is heated to a coating temperature before the deposition process and then guided past a vessel in which CdTe is converted into a vapour state, a gaseous component with an increased pressure (compared to the vacuum in the vacuum chamber) flowing through at least one inlet, against the substrate surface to be coated, such that the gaseous component is adsorbed on the substrate surface to be coated before the substrate is guided past the at least one vessel.

  • Publication number: 20210013072
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining the position of a substrate within a closed chamber, wherein the substrate is moved within the chamber by a transport system comprising at least one rotating shaft. A load-converting element is provided adjacent to at least one of the rotating shafts, wherein the load-converting element detects a load acting on the at least one rotating shaft and converts it into an electrical parameter. While no substrate is present on the at least one rotating shaft, a first output signal corresponding to a first value of the electrical parameter is measured. The output signal is then monitored and a presence of the substrate on the at least one rotating shaft is detected when the output signal differs from the first output signal by at least a predetermined amount.

  • Patent number: 9800712
Abstract: Controlling message handling in a mobile communication terminal. A message creation procedure is initiated followed by assigning a destination address to a message. Message content for the message is recorded and subsequent to the assignment of the destination address, a message received from an originating address is recognized. The originating address of the received message is compared with the destination address of the message being recorded. In a case where the comparison results in that the originating address is equal to the destination address the received message is displayed.

  • Patent number: 9184939
Abstract: A mobile telephone terminal provides a user with a selectable option to transfer a telephone call to an instant messaging session and to transfer an instant messaging session to a telephone call. A presence attribute indicator for a first party is displayed with an entry associated with the telephone number of the first party. A user has a selectable option for initiating instant messaging with the party. The mobile telephone provides a customized menu of selectable options for initiating communication. The menu is dependent upon received presence attribute information. A calendar application can store the content of an instant messaging dialog in an appointment record. When an application accesses a stored telephone number of a party the stored instant messaging address of that party is automatically accessed and when the application accesses a stored instant messaging address of a party, the stored telephone number of that party is automatically accessed.
