  • Patent number: 11426590
Abstract: A leadless pacemaker device for providing an intra-cardiac pacing includes processing circuitry configured to generate ventricular pacing signals for stimulating ventricular activity at a ventricular pacing rate, a first sensor configuration receiving a first sense signal, and a second sensor configuration receiving a second sense signal. The processing circuitry derives, in a first sensing state, atrial events from the first sense signal for controlling the ventricular pacing rate based on the atrial events. The processing circuitry switches, based on at least one switching criterion, from the first sensing state to a second sensing state in which the processing circuitry derives atrial events from the second sense signal. The second sense signal is received by the second sensor configuration for detection of atrial events and the second sensor configuration is a motion sensor or a sound sensor. A method for operating the pacemaker device is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220253870
Abstract: An immutable and distributed system verifies and determines the degree to which material specifications set forth by manufacturers are met by material suppliers. Laboratory and quality control testing results for material specifications are logged by material suppliers on a blockchain network and are confirmed through retesting by a third-party testing laboratory or the manufacturer. Confirmation data are also logged on the blockchain network. The data are shared throughout the blockchain supply chain network and can either be reconfirmed by another third-party testing laboratory or manufacturer or taken that the supplier's lot of materials is verified and that the supplier is verified.

  • Publication number: 20220076554
Abstract: During a pandemic like COVID-19, real-time automated virus-monitoring and predictive models are crucial. The solution of this disclosure is through the development of a novel systems approach of implementing AI into visual cameras for visible characteristics such as facial and physical recognition and thermal imaging and other wavelength capture sensors such as thermal body characteristics which are then integrated with community mapping to resolve issues and predict trends before they happen. The system finds the distance between groups of people in classrooms, buildings, or other physical structures to locate pinch and possible virus contagion points in remote areas. Forehead to forehead measurement is one method as a novel approach to capture distance quickly. This is integrated into a distance statistical metric such as the Manhattan Distance Metric model to exemplify any two people who are less than 6 feet away and community mapping to identify and predict areas of concern.
