    Abstract: A low blue light backlight module configured to emit a white light is provided. The low blue light backlight module includes a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, a third light-emitting element and a fourth light-emitting element. The first light-emitting element is configured to emit a first light having a peak emission wavelength of about 610-660 nm. The second light-emitting element is configured to emit a second light having a peak emission wavelength of about 520-550 nm. The third light-emitting element is configured to emit a third light having a peak emission wavelength of about 480-580 nm. The fourth light-emitting element is configured to emit a fourth light having a peak emission wavelength of about 445-470 nm. The white light has an emission spectrum, and an area ratio of the spectrum under wavelength of 415-455 nm to the spectrum under wavelength of 400-500 nm is below 50%.

    Abstract: A macro and micro inspection apparatus includes a macro inspection station including a housing, a robot arm and a visual recognition system, and a device under test storage station and a micro inspection station disposed on two sides of the macro inspection station, respectively. The robot arm including an end effector adapted for carrying and turning over a device under test is disposed in the housing in a way that the end effector enables to enter the device under test storage station and the micro inspection station. The visual recognition system includes at least one image capturing device disposed in the housing for shooting toward the end effector for capturing the image of the device under test. The invention, which also provides an inspection method using the inspection apparatus, is structurally simple, space-saving, avoids problems caused by manual inspection, and brings high inspection efficiency.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a stabilized acyclic saccharide composite, which includes a LDH-based (layered double hydroxide-based) material and acyclic saccharides intercalated in interlayer regions of the LDH-based material. The method includes transferring the wafer from the second processing chamber into a third processing chamber by using the robot arm mechanism, and developing the exposed wafer in the third processing chamber. When the cap is pressed, the sheet structure blocks light transmission between the light emitter and the light receiver to generate a triggering signal. When the cap is pressed to make the flexible rod deform downward with the sheet structure and then cross the sheet structure, the flexible rod is released to collide with the cover to make sound.

    Abstract: Provided is a patterning method including following steps. A doped polysilicon layer, a core layer, and an undoped polysilicon layer are sequentially formed on a target layer. The undoped polysilicon layer are patterned to form a polysilicon pattern. A first etching process is performed by using the polysilicon pattern as a mask to remove a portion of the core layer to form a core pattern. A second etching process is performed to remove the polysilicon pattern. An atomic layer deposition (ALD) process is performed to form a spacer material on the core pattern and the doped polysilicon layer. A portion of the spacer material is removed to form a spacer on a sidewall of the core pattern. A portion of the core pattern and an underlying doped polysilicon are removed.
