    Abstract: A pixel structure including a gate, a gate dielectric layer, a patterned semiconductor layer having a channel area disposed above the gate, a patterned dielectric layer having an etching-stop layer disposed above the gate and a number of bumps, a patterned metal layer having a reflective pixel electrode, a source and a drain, an overcoat dielectric layer, and a transparent pixel electrode sequentially disposed on a substrate is provided. The source and the drain respectively cover portions of the channel area. The reflective pixel electrode connects the drain and covers the bumps to form an uneven surface. The overcoat dielectric layer disposed on a transistor constituted by the gate, the gate dielectric layer, the patterned semiconductor layer, the source and the drain has a contact opening exposing a portion of the reflective pixel electrode. The transparent pixel electrode is electrically connected to the reflective pixel electrode through the contact opening.

    Abstract: An embodiment provides systems and techniques for determining an improved process model which models mask corner rounding (MCR) effects. During operation, the system may receive a mask layout and process data which was generated by applying a photolithography process to the mask layout. The system may also receive an uncalibrated process model which may contain a set of MCR components. Next, the system may identify a set of corners in the mask layout. The system may then modify the mask layout in proximity to the set of corners to obtain a modified mask layout. Alternatively, the system may determine a set of mask layers. Next, the system may determine an improved process model by calibrating the uncalibrated process model using the modified mask layout and/or the set of mask layers, and the process data.

The present invention also discloses a method for forming a metal layer on a substrate via electroless plating, which includes contacting the substrate with an ink composition, drying the ink composition on the substrate, and contacting the dried ink composition with an electroless plating solution, wherein the ink composition contains the copolymer of the present invention in an aqueous phase. The present invention further discloses a method for forming metal conductors in through holes of a substrate.

The image is displayed on a screen which is subdivided into several areas to provide judgement of whether the current exposure settings are desired or not and allow determination of adjustment of metering weights for the areas if the current exposure settings are not desired. The adjustment of the metering weights for the areas is carried out based upon the determination. Light in the scene is measured based upon using the adjusted metering weights.     Abstract: A racket stringing machine comprises includes a horizontal adjustment device and a brake device. The adjustment device is fixed to a base by a horizontal mounting seat which includes a horizontal rail and a base plate with one end slidably mounted to the rail. Thus, the string pulling device can be horizontally moved to adjust the angle of the string relative to the racket, so as to eliminate the friction between the string and the racket, improving the stringing quality and extending life of the racket frame. The brake device includes a disc and a clamping device disposed on a rotary shaft of the base. The clamping device is connected to hand and foot switches by two brake cables. When the operator leaves or stops the machine for a while during a stringing operation, he can stop the stringing operation conveniently by using the hand or foot switch.
