    Abstract: A wastewater treatment device has: an ozone generator which supplies ozone; a mixer which mixes ozone supplied from the ozone generator with wastewater and supplies ozone mixed wastewater; an ozone oxidation unit which progresses ozone oxidation in the ozone mixed wastewater while passing the ozone mixed wastewater therethrough and discharges wastewater in which the ozone has been consumed; a biological treatment unit which performs biological treatment on the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit using microorganisms; and an adjusting device which adjusts the amount of ozone to be mixed with the wastewater by the mixer so that ozone in an amount that inhibits the microorganisms of the biological treatment unit does not remain in the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit.

In one aspect, a memory system includes a memory and a memory controller. The memory includes multiple blocks each having a plurality of word lines. The memory controller is coupled to the memory and configured to: evaluate a read disturbance level of an open block, the open block having one or more programmed word lines and one or more blank word lines, and in response to determining that the read disturbance level of the open block is beyond a threshold level, manage each memory cell in at least one of the blank word lines to have a smaller data storing capacity than each memory cell in at least one of the one or more programmed word lines so as to reduce impact of read disturbance.

    Abstract: A hinge mechanism includes at least two hinge modules and at least one switching assembly disposed between the adjacent two hinge modules and including a first and second rotating members rotating coaxially with respect to each other. The first rotating member is coaxially disposed at one of the adjacent hinge modules to rotate synchronously. The second rotating member is coaxially disposed at the other one of the adjacent hinge modules to rotate synchronously. The first rotating member has a first driving portion, and the second rotating member has a second driving portion. The first and second driving portions are located on rotating paths of each other, and an idle stroke is provided between the first and second driving portions along the rotating paths. When the first driving portion and the second driving portion pass through the idle stroke, torque forces generated by the adjacent two hinge modules are disconnected.

    Abstract: A speech enhancement apparatus is disclosed and comprises an adaptive noise cancellation circuit, a blending circuit, a noise suppressor and a control module. The ANC circuit filters a reference signal to generate a noise estimate and subtracts a noise estimate from a primary signal to generate a signal estimate based on a control signal. The blending circuit blends the primary signal and the signal estimate to produce a blended signal. The noise suppressor suppresses noise over the blended signal using a first trained model to generate an enhanced signal and a main spectral representation from a main microphone and M auxiliary spectral representations from M auxiliary microphones using (M+1) second trained models to generate a main score and M auxiliary scores. The ANC circuit, the noise suppressor and the trained models are well combined to maximize the performance of the speech enhancement apparatus.
