    Abstract: The present disclosure, in some embodiments, relates to a method of forming an integrated chip. The method may be performed by forming a plurality of interconnect layers within a dielectric structure over an upper surface of a substrate. A passivation structure is formed over the dielectric structure. The passivation structure has sidewalls and a horizontally extending surface defining has a recess within an upper surface of the passivation structure. A bond pad is formed having a lower surface overlying the horizontally extending surface and one or more protrusions extending outward from the lower surface. The one or more protrusions extend through one or more openings within the horizontally extending surface to contact a first one of the plurality of interconnect layers. An upper passivation layer is deposited on sidewalls and an upper surface of the bond pad and on sidewalls and the upper surface of the passivation structure.

    Abstract: A display device, including a first polarizing film, a pixel array module, a second polarizing film, and a first electronically controlled phase retardation module, is provided. The first electronically controlled phase retardation module includes a first liquid crystal layer, two first alignment layers, and two first conductive layers. One of the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film directly contacts one of the first conductive layers of the first electronically controlled phase retardation module.     Abstract: A projection system, a protection circuit and a current monitoring method of an image resolution enhancement device are provided. A light valve converts an illumination beam into an image beam. The image resolution enhancement device changes a transmission path of the image beam according to a driving current. The protection circuit detects the driving current. When the driving current is greater than or equal to a first current threshold, the protection circuit further compares the driving current with a second current threshold. When a duration time that the driving current is smaller than the second current threshold and greater than or equal to the first current threshold is greater than or equal to a time threshold, the protection circuit decreases the driving current to be smaller than the first current threshold to control the image resolution enhancement device. The projection lens converts the image beam into a projection beam.
