    Abstract: Disclosed is a slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which relates to the technical field of iron and steel smelting, and in which molten steel is mixed with lime first to produce basic slag; then converting is performed with oxygen to increase the oxidizability of the basic slag; and a carbon-containing reducing agent is finally added, so that in the process that the carbon is oxidized to release a large amount of carbon monoxide gas, phosphates are captured, and the basic slag is rapidly foamed and overflows from the opening of the steel ladle, so that conditions are no longer available for rephosphorization. Also disclosed is a method for producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, which includes the above-described slag discharging method in a process of producing ultra-low phosphorus steel, and refining and ingotting after slag discharge.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a memory cell comprising a high electron affinity dielectric layer at a bottom electrode. The high electron affinity dielectric layer is one of multiple different dielectric layers vertically stacked between the bottom electrode and a top electrode overlying the bottom electrode. Further, the high electrode electron affinity dielectric layer has a highest electron affinity amongst the multiple different dielectric layers and is closest to the bottom electrode. The different dielectric layers are different in terms of material systems and/or material compositions. It has been appreciated that by arranging the high electron affinity dielectric layer closest to the bottom electrode, the likelihood of the memory cell becoming stuck during cycling is reduced at least when the memory cell is RRAM. Hence, the likelihood of a hard reset/failure bit is reduced.

The upper frame includes first upper tubes, second upper tubes, and connecting tubes connecting the first upper tubes to the second upper tubes. Collars are provided within assembling ends of the first and second upper tubes. Each end of each of the connecting tubes is movably inserted into a collar located within an assembling end of a corresponding one of the upper tubes. Anti-rust coatings on the outer surfaces of the connecting tubes can be prevented from being worn and water can be sealed out of the tubes of the upper frame.

Noises can be reduced and power consumption can be decreased, since only sensor sensing forces of force sensors near the object are used for computing the system sensing force.
