    Abstract: An embodiment includes a process for treating an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) endoleak with a shape memory polymer (SMP) foam device. First, a bifurcated stent graft is placed within the aneurysm while a micro guidewire is positioned within the aneurysm for future catheter access. Second, after placing the iliac graft extension, a catheter is introduced over wire to deliver embolic foams. Third, embolic foams expand and conform to the aneurysm wall. Fourth, embolic foams create a stable thrombus to prevent endoleak formation by isolating peripheral vessels from the aneurysm volume.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a flash memory controller and a control method thereof. The flash memory controller comprises a scrambling circuit and a control circuit. The scrambling circuit scrambles at least one input data for generating at least one valid data. The control circuit receives at least one invalid data and the valid data generated by the scrambling circuit. The invalid data is not a fixed constant. The control circuit writes the valid data to at least one valid storage zone of a flash memory and the invalid data to at least one invalid storage zone of the flash memory. By writing non-fixed-constant invalid data to the invalid storage zones of the flash memory, the interference of the invalid storage zones on the valid storage zones may be decreased. Thereby, the reliability and the usable storage space of the flash memory may be increased.

    Abstract: An energy efficient vehicle is provided. Wheels are disposed on the front and rear sides of the car body. A gasoline engine in the car body is used to drive an electricity generator to produce electric energy transferred to a capacitive battery, and then to a multi-loop disc-type dynamic motor. The multi-loop disc-type dynamic motor drives the car by rotating the wheels through a transmission and a differential. The multi-loop disc-type dynamic motor can produce large torque and horsepower through multiple stator rings disposed on a stator base and multiple permanent magnetic sheets disposed on the multiple annular ribs of a rotor base. Therefore, the electricity can be saved to elevate the endurance of the vehicle, and the vehicle does not need to stop for charging.
