    Abstract: A semiconductor with 3D flash memory storing cells giving an extended life time includes a stack structure in each storing cell, a receiving space crossing through the stack structure, a blocking layer, at least one floating gate layer, and a channel layer. The stack structure includes at least one control gate layer, at least two dielectric layers, and at least one erasing layer. The receiving space comprises a first receiving portion communicating with several second receiving portions. The first receiving portion crosses through the stack structure and the second receiving portions are coplanar with the control gate layer. The blocking layer insulates the floating gate layer from the control gate layers. The erasing layer and floating gate layer form a passageway for electrons when data erasure is required in the semiconductor. A method for fabricating the semiconductor is also disclosed.

When the storing cell executes a data reading and writing process, a voltage is applied on the erasing layer to reduce a series resistance of the channel layer for rapid conduction by the semiconductor.

Whereby, the amount of materials used to make the connecting device is decreased. At the same time, the manufacturing cost, the size, and the weight of the connecting device are all reduced.

The display includes a backlight module having a maximum luminance. The statistics module receives frame, and generates luminance statistical information of a plurality of blocks included in the frame. The backlight determining circuit determines a backlight intensity corresponding to each of the blocks according to the luminance statistical information of the blocks and the maximum luminance. At least one of the backlight intensities corresponding to the blocks is greater than a normal luminance, which is a backlight intensity corresponding to one of the blocks when a maximum power is evenly distributed on light emitting elements of the display. The backlight control circuit controls the luminance of the backlight module according to the backlight intensities.

    Abstract: A hydraulic disc brake device to be mounted on a bicycle is disclosed, wherein the device includes a caliper main body, two brake linings, two membranes, and two rings. The caliper main body has a channel and two oil chambers respectively formed on two sides of the channel. Each of the oil chambers has an opening facing the channel. A part of a brake disc of the bicycle is located in the channel. The brake linings are provided in the channel, and are on two sides of the brake disc. The membranes are assembled to the caliper main body to seal the openings. By injecting hydraulic oil into the oil chambers, the membranes are pushed by the hydraulic oil to push against the brake linings, making the brake linings approach each other to clamp the brake disc, to thereby stop the bicycle.
