  • Publication number: 20250154144
Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention include inventive compounds (e.g., compounds of Formula (I), (II), or (III)) and compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions) which inhibit IRAK and/or FLT3 and which can be used for treating, for example, certain diseases. Some embodiments include methods of using the inventive compound (e.g., in compositions or in pharmaceutical compositions) for administering and treating (e.g., diseases such as hematopoietic cancers, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), etc.). • Patent number: 12301377
Abstract: A computing system fits a long-term utilization line through aggregate utilization values that correspond to ones of a plurality of intervals over a time period. The computing system determines, for each respective interval of/ordinal intervals in each second time period within the time period, a mean residual value based on a difference between a utilization value identified on the long-term utilization line at the respective interval and an actual aggregate utilization value at a same ordinal interval in each second time period. An aggregate probability value, based in part on a probability that a cable modem of a plurality of cable modems can obtain at one or more intervals a maximum bandwidth allocated to the cable modem, is determined, and in response to determining that the aggregate probability value is a non-preferred value, an alert, indicating that the service group is overutilized, is sent.

  • Patent number: 12295782
Abstract: A guidance device is provided for facilitating the placement of a puncture device (a needle) at a defined position relative to an ultrasound probe. The guidance device provides additional support of a needle tip near the needle injection site to maintain a selected path throughout an injection. The additional support is automatically retracted for simple disposal with the used syringe after an injection. The guidance device minimizes contact of soiled components and enables syringe insertion, alignment, and removal for multiple different injections without removal of an ultrasound probe from the patient.

  • Publication number: 20250062960
Abstract: A computing system accesses actual aggregate service group utilization values that correspond to ones of a plurality of intervals over a first period of time and that identify an aggregate service group bandwidth utilization by cable modems in a service group at a plurality of intervals, the first period of time including multiple second periods of time having a same time duration, each second period of time having I ordinal intervals, and estimated aggregate service group utilization values that correspond to the actual aggregate service group utilization values. The computing system determines an additional bandwidth quantity for the service group such that an aggregate probability over a predetermined period of time that the plurality of cable modems will exceed a current provisioned bandwidth of the service group and the additional bandwidth quantity is within a desired probability range. A computing system sends, to a destination, the additional bandwidth quantity.

  • Patent number: 12207839
Abstract: A needle guide to retain a needle at a desired trajectory with respect to an imaging transducer includes a body member, a needle holder subassembly, and a slide member. The needle holder subassembly is pivotably mounted on the body member to enable the needle holder subassembly to be oriented to various selected orientations with respect to the body member. The slide member is slidably coupled to each of the body member and the needle holder subassembly, such that movement of the slide member relative to the body member moves the needle holder subassembly between the various selected orientations.

  • Publication number: 20230301255
Abstract: Genes found in wild species can provide beneficial traits to domestic crops. For example, wild Glycine species can provide resistance to a broad spectrum of soy rust populations if introgressed into soybean. Previously, successful introgression required wide cross pollinations, embryo rescue, and regeneration of F1 shoots. Furthermore, chromosome doubling, which can be achieved by chemical treatment of embryos, was required in order to obtain fertile amphidiploids (F1Ds). A backcross to soybean was then required in order to obtain BC1F1 genetics. Here we describe improved procedures for interspecific crosses between soybean and Glycine tomentella. These procedures offer a more efficient route to BC1F1 genetics by bypassing the amphidiploid generation. These principles can be applied to additional domestic species and their wild relatives such as Brassica.

  • Patent number: 11614384
Abstract: An enclosure or housing for an air monitoring instrument package for mounting on the roof or other surface on the outside of vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, trams, trains and ships. By measuring air pollutants from moving vehicles, it is possible to explore the distribution of air pollutants throughout a city or rural area for the identification of sources of different pollutants, estimating human exposures to air pollutants, and mapping air pollutants with high resolution. The disclosed device provides continuous sampling of outside air while simultaneously protecting the delicate instruments from weather elements such as high wind, rain, snow, sleet and hail. The design also allows a nearly constant flow rate of sampled air independent of vehicle velocity. An optional impaction region further reduces transmission of mist and large particles to the chamber containing the measurement package.
