    Abstract: A detection system and a detection method are provided. The detection method includes configuring a processing circuit to perform an initialization phase, which includes: executing a detection process to respectively accumulate numbers of times that objects are detected to be present in sub-areas, so as to generate initial count values; and configuring the processing circuit to perform a normal operation phase, which includes: executing the detection process to respectively accumulate numbers of times that the objects are detected to be present in the sub-areas, so as to generate current count values corresponding to the sub-areas; and comparing the current count value with the initial count value in a current sub-area of the sub-areas. In response to the current count value being greater than the initial count value plus a first count threshold, a new stationary object is determined to be present in the current sub-area.

The overlay network is used to cause containers to be created in the pod virtual machine, where the worker node virtual machine is configured to use the overlay network to manage communications with the pod virtual machine.

The second packet is transmitted to a second agent device that is included in the network system, here both of the first and second agent devices support the first and second network formats. With these embodiments, the packet may be authenticated in a more effective way.

    Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and systems for treating metal-containing photoresist to modify material properties of the photoresist. For instance, the techniques herein may involve providing a substrate in a process chamber, where the substrate includes a photoresist layer over a substrate layer, and where the photoresist includes metal, and treating the photoresist to modify material properties of the photoresist such that etch selectivity in a subsequent post-exposure dry development process is increased. In various embodiments, the treatment may involve exposing the substrate to elevated temperatures and/or to a remote plasma. One or more process conditions such as temperature, pressure, ambient gas chemistry, gas flow/ratio, and moisture may be controlled during treatment to tune the material properties as desired.

    Abstract: In a method for encryption of sensitive data, an encrypted user private key is received in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) in a worker node in a container management system, the encrypted user private key being an encrypted version of a user private key for decrypting a message from a user in the container management system. The user private key is obtained in the TEE, and the encrypted user private key being decrypted into the user private key with a provider private key that is received from an encryption manager for managing the container management system. With these embodiments, the user private key may be transmitted to the worker node safely, such that the worker node may use the user private key to decrypt messages from the user. Therefore, the security level of the container management system may be increased.

Unintended metal-containing photoresist material may form on internal surfaces of a process chamber during deposition, bevel and backside cleaning, baking, development, or etch operations. An in situ dry chamber clean may be performed to remove the unintended metal-containing photoresist material by exposure to an etch gas. The dry chamber clean may be performed at elevated temperatures without striking a plasma. In some embodiments, the dry chamber clean may include pumping/purging and conditioning operations.

    Abstract: A flat panel detector includes a base substrate, a sensing electrode and a bias electrode over the base substrate, and an insulating layer over the sensing electrode and the bias electrode at a side distal from the substrate. A difference between thicknesses of regions of the insulating layer corresponding to the sensing electrode and the bias electrode respectively is not greater than a preset threshold. When a sufficiently high voltage is applied to the insulating layer and turned on, because the thickness thereof is relatively uniform, a dark current generated by the sensing electrode and the bias electrode under the insulating layer is relatively uniform, thereby improving detection accuracy of the flat panel detector.

The methods involve descumming an EUV resist, filling divots of the EUV resist, and protecting EUV resists with a cap. The resulting EUV resist has smoother features and increased selectivity to an underlying layer, which improves the quality of etched features. Following etching of the underlying layer, the cap may be removed.
