  • Publication number: 20250237032
Abstract: Aspects of a method for stabilizing geotechnical environments involves the use of a substantially planar geogrid featuring primary and secondary nodes, non-continuous ribs terminating at secondary nodes, continuous ribs intersecting at primary nodes, and a compressible cellular layer. The method includes trapping varied aggregate within confinement elements formed by the nodes and ribs, and compressing the aggregate against the compressible cellular layer. This compression embeds the aggregate into the cellular layer, effectively locking it in place and enhancing the stability of the geotechnical environment. The design of the geogrid and the interaction between the aggregate and the compressible layer provide improved load distribution and resistance to environmental stresses and trafficking.

  • Publication number: 20250230198
Abstract: Engineered, electrically conductive fimbrial polypeptides, pilus, and bundled pili are provided. The polypeptides typically include one or more mutations (e.g., substitution or addition) with an aromatic amino acid relative to the corresponding wildtype fimbrial protein. In some embodiments, the amino acid is a substrate for a “click” chemistry reaction such as Copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), which can be used to conjugate a functional moiety to the non-standard aromatic amino acid residues. Preferred functional moieties include conductive materials such as metal (e.g., gold) particles, optionally nanoparticles, and heme groups. Also provided are pilus formed of a plurality of the engineered fimbrial polypeptides, and bundles of pili formed of a plurality of the pili. Electrical circuits, devices, and systems including the engineered materials, wherein the engineered material serves as the conductive element, and method of use thereof are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20250230620
Abstract: An expanded multilayer integral geogrid includes a plurality of oriented strands interconnected by partially oriented junctions having an array of openings therein that is produced from a coextruded or laminated multilayer polymer starting sheet. The integral geogrid has a multilayer construction, with at least one inner layer thereof having a structure that is expanded relative to at least one other layer of the multiple layers. By virtue of the expanded inner layer structure, the expanded multilayer integral geogrid provides for increased layer compressibility under load, resulting in enhanced material properties that provide performance benefits to use of the expanded multilayer integral geogrid in soil geosynthetic reinforcement, and economic benefits compared to a like integral geogrid without an expanded inner layer structure.

  • Patent number: 12347263
Abstract: An electronic gaming system including a memory with instructions stored thereon and a processor in communication with the memory is described. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to cause display of an electronic game with a first theme, receive an input associated with a second theme, and transmit an identifier associated with the second theme to a host component. The instructions also cause the processor to receive content associated with the second theme and cause display of the electronic game with the second theme. The instructions further cause the processor to cause a game outcome for the electronic game to be stored in a game log wherein upon generation of a replay of the game outcome the replay includes the at least one symbol, and cause display of the game outcome.

  • Publication number: 20250187257
Abstract: A monolayer multi-axial integral geogrid suitable for stabilizing aggregate includes a plurality of interconnected oriented strands and partially oriented junctions forming a repeating pattern of outer hexagons having an array of openings therein. Oriented ribs extending inwardly from each of said outer hexagons support and surround a smaller inner hexagon having oriented strands thus forming a plurality of trapezoidal openings and a single hexagonal opening. The oriented strands and partially oriented junctions of the outer hexagons form a plurality of linear strong axis strands that extend continuously throughout the entirety of the geogrid and form additional triangular openings. The geogrid thus includes three different repeating geometric shapes. The inner hexagons preferably also can move up and down, out of the plane of the geogrid. The multi-axial integral geogrid thus provides a geometry that can better engage with, confine and stabilize a greater variety and quality of aggregates.

  • Publication number: 20250191445
Abstract: Systems and techniques for providing multilevel autonomous tournaments for wagering game are provided. In some implementations, players may earn entry into such a tournament by meeting one or more criteria and then be associated with a tournament entry for that tournament. Each tournament entry may be associated with a set of tournament entries and, after a requisite number of tournament entries for a given tournament entry set has been associated with players, a selection of a tournament entry, and thus at least implicitly a player, may be made. The players selected in such a selection event may then be associated with a tournament entry in a next-highest tournament tier. Such selections may occur until a single player is selected from the highest-ranked tournament tier of the tournament.

  • Publication number: 20250155961
Abstract: Techniques for toggling a visibility of tagged spatial data and for correlating the tagged spatial data with output of an LLM are disclosed. Scene data describing a real-world scene in which a 3D object is located is accessed. A digital file that models the 3D object is accessed. The digital file includes tagged spatial data associated with the 3D object. User input is received. The user input is directed to the 3D object. The digital file and the user input are provided as input to the LLM. The LLM correlates the user input with the tagged spatial data and generates a response. While the LLM's response is being provided to the user, a display of a hologram is toggled, where this hologram overlays at least a portion of the 3D object.

Abstract: A method of evaluating spinal cord stimulation (SCS), comprising obtaining neural response data generated by a spinal cord stimulator, where the neural response data describes one or more neural signals evoked in the spinal cord of a patient by applying diagnostic stimuli. One or more evoked compound action potentials (ECAPs) associated with the respective one or more neural signals are detected. The one or more detected ECAPs are processed to generate one or more evaluation metrics, and the one or more evaluation metrics are used to generate a confidence score indicating a degree of effectiveness of SCS on the patient.
