    Abstract: A method and system for classifying a target nucleic acid includes exposing, in a test system, one or more capture probes to the target nucleic acid. The one or more capture probes is attached to a surface. A first hybridization condition is established in the test system. A first degree of hybridization of the one or more capture probes with the target nucleic acid under the first hybridization condition is determined. A second hybridization condition in the test system is established. A second degree of hybridization of the one or more capture probes with the target nucleic acid under the second hybridization condition is determined and the target nucleic acid is classified by comparing the first and the second degrees of hybridization.

This is not acceptable for isochronous systems that require specific levels of QoS for each device. A multimedia communications protocol is provided that uses a novel multi-destination burst transmission protocol in multimedia isochronous systems. The transmitter establishes a bi-directional burst mode for multicasting data to multiple devices and receiving Reverse Start of Frame (RSOF) delimiters from each multicast-destination receiver in response to multiple SOF delimiters, thus providing protocol-efficient multi-destination acknowledgements.

During steady-state scavenging operation, the controller calculates a conventional target TIP based on the engine torque request and controls the wastegate valve based on the conventionally calculated target TIP.

    Abstract: A wellhead assembly includes an outer wellhead member having a bore and an inner wellhead member located in the bore, defining an annular pocket between the outer and inner wellhead members. A sealing assembly is located within the annular pocket, the sealing assembly having an annular seal and an energizing ring. The energizing ring engages inner and outer legs of the annular seal to push the inner and outer legs into sealing engagement with the inner and outer wellhead members. A retainer nut is threadingly attached to the free end of the outer leg of the sealing assembly. Mating grooves are located on one of an inner diameter of the retainer nut and an outer diameter of the energizing ring and mating protrusions located on the other. The mating protrusions mate with the mating grooves to prevent relative axial movement between the energizing ring and the annular seal.

    Abstract: An integral multi-dispenser liquid container includes a plurality of hand pump dispensers positioned linearly, triangularly or squarely above a lower container compartment having a centrally-located liquid fill port. A central portion of the lower compartment is removed to cause residual liquid to pool at the suction tubes of the hand-pumps. One or more reinforced grip handles span between the hand-pump dispensers above the lower compartment. The hand-pumps can dispense different liquid volumes as needed in the field and do not need to be removed to refill the container. An internal baffle can be installed within the inside the lower compartment so that different liquids can be carried and dispensed.
