  • Publication number: 20260060169
Abstract: A method and system for determining a variable rate treatment for a farming machine to autonomously apply to identified plants in a field is disclosed. The system applies a canopy recognition model to images captured for each region in the field. The model identifies each plant in the region and the plant's canopy, and then determines canopy characteristics based on the pixels of the image representing the plants in the plant canopy. Control signals for a variable rate treatment are determined based on these canopy characteristics. The treatment mechanism of the farming machine is then actuated using these control signals to apply the determined variable rate treatment to the plant.

  • Publication number: 20250263704
Abstract: Disclosed is a nucleic acid-polypeptide nano-pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing human papilloma virus infection. A small interfering nucleic acid siRNA molecule used for inhibiting and treating various diseases caused by a HPV infection can block the virus replication life cycle by means of targeted inhibition of the expression of the HP16/18 key gene, reduce a viral infection and finally remove viruses. A pharmaceutical composition based on the siRNA molecule comprises a siRNA molecule and another molecule, including a siRNA molecule for inhibiting PD-1/PD-L1, a small molecule compound against a HPV infection, a therapeutic mRNA/neoantigen vaccine, and the like. The siRNA molecule and other anti-HPV drugs are coupled by means of a specific chemical bond to form a new coupled molecule, and the composition further includes a pharmaceutically acceptable polypeptide polymer nano-introduction carrier. In some embodiments, the carrier is a histidine-lysine polypeptide polymer nanocarrier.

  • Publication number: 20250212866
Abstract: A farming machine configured for identifying incorrectly configured plant identification models in farming machines is disclosed. The farming machine includes a control system configured to monitor the performance of a plant identification model to determine if it is appropriately configured for detecting plants in the field. To do so, the control system accesses images of plants in the field and applies a first plant identification model to the images to identify a probability plants in the images are a first class of plants. The control system applies a verification model to determine if plants in the field are the second class of plants (rather than the first) based on the determined probability. The farming machine applies a second plant identification model to the images to identify a second class of plants, and treats plants in the field identified as the second class of plant.

  • Publication number: 20250107918
Abstract: A system for inducing and sustaining an erection of a penis a vacuum assembly and a ring assembly adapted to encircle the penis. An inflatable ring assembly disposed in an outwardly flared proximal end of the tube. The ring assembly forms a central circular opening adapted for receiving the penis. A rigid annular ring support is disposed within the ring. A fluid pump is selectively coupled to a valve in the ring assembly, and the pump is adapted to introduce the bladder-inflating fluid under pressure. Expansion of the ring assembly causes the inner surface of the ring assembly to expand while being substantially fixed by the ring support against outwardly radial deformation. A compressive force is thus introduced around the surface of the penis for constricting blood flow from the penis sustain the erection.

  • Patent number: 12137976
Abstract: An ophthalmic optical coherence tomography instrument, method, and computer-readable medium. The instrument includes a scanner defining an apparent point source for scanning sample light across a subject position and an objective having a posterior imaging configuration to project the apparent point source onto a pivot point between the objective and the subject position. The objective is settable between the posterior imaging configuration for scanning the sample light across a retina of an eye at the subject position and an anterior imaging configuration for scanning the sample light across a pivot plane. An axial region from which an interferogram is detectable extends across the pivot plane while the objective is in the anterior imaging configuration. A pupil alignment method uses the anterior imaging modality to obtain a structure position of a structure of an eye's anterior segment and then an offset between the structure position and a reference position.
