A device that can determine surfaces of objects (e.g., walls) can be utilized such that when the airplane is flown into a wall, the airplane explodes.

A flow-induced erosion resistance component, which may take a variety of forms, is positioned within the fluid flow path to reduce and/or eliminate wall shear stress along the base pipe.
