  • Patent number: 12094264
Abstract: An apparatus includes one or more processing circuits comprising one or more memory devices coupled to one or more processors, the one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processing circuits to perform various operations. The operations include wirelessly receiving a plurality of fault codes from a vehicle control system; prioritizing each fault code within the plurality of fault codes; determining a first root cause fault code corresponding to the highest prioritized fault code in the plurality of fault codes; determining a first set of interaction fault codes, the first set of interaction fault codes relating to the first root cause fault code based on a causal relationship; and wirelessly transmitting the first root cause fault code and the first set of interaction fault codes to a display of an interface device.

  • Patent number: 12091310
Abstract: Expansion compensating structures are formed in redistribution layers of a wafer-level chip-scale integrated circuit package (WLCSP) or other IC package having a low-expansion substrate. The structures include micromechanical actuators designed and oriented to move solder bumps attached to them in the same direction and distance as a function of temperature as do pads to which they may be connected on a higher-expansion substrate such as a printed circuit board. Expansion compensated IC packages incorporating these expansion compensating structures are provided, as well as expansion compensated assemblies containing one or more of these IC packages. Methods of fabricating expansion compensated IC packages requiring minimal changes to existing commercial WLCSP fabrication processes are also provided. These devices and methods will result in assemblies having improved board-level reliability during thermal cycling, and allow the use of larger IC die sizes in WLCSP technology.

  • Patent number: 12093821
Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementation of a global model update center. At least one model is established at the model update center for detecting objects surrounding each of autonomous driving vehicles of a fleet. A plurality of labeled data items are received, from the fleet of autonomous driving vehicles, where each of the labeled data items is detected, based on the at least one model, from sensor data characterizing surroundings of the autonomous driving vehicles. The labeled data items are generated automatically on-the-fly by the autonomous driving vehicles. Based on the received labeled data items, at least some of the models are updated and model update information is accordingly generated. Such generated model update information is then distributed to the fleet of autonomous driving vehicles.

  • Patent number: 12092236
Abstract: A valving system has an actuator member connected to move with an actuator piston and change the position of a valve member. There is a smaller face fluid chamber acting on a small area piston face, and a larger face fluid chamber acting on a larger face of the actuator piston. The torque motor has an armature and a flapper caused to move by current received at the armature. The flapper moves between two fluid ports to control the pressure in the larger face chamber. The flapper further has a positioning extension engaging a first feedback spring operable between it and a forward face of the actuator piston and providing a spring force in combination with a spring force from the positioning extension. A control is operable to provide current to the armature to control the fluid received in the larger face chamber. The controller is programmed to associate the current supplied to the armature to an actual position of the valve member. A method is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 12096402
Abstract: An Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) Mobile Terminal (MT) identifies its geographic location and determines a New Radio Licensed (NR-L) frequency band and a New Radio Unlicensed (NR-U) frequency band based on the location. The IAB MT determines received signal strengths for the frequency bands. The IAB MT compares the received signal strengths to and select the NR-U frequency band. The IAB MT wirelessly exchanges network signaling over the NR-U frequency band and establishes an IAB link over the NR-U frequency band. A Radio Unit (RU) wirelessly exchanges user data with wireless User Equipment (UEs) and exchanges the user data with a Distributed Unit (DU). The DU exchanges the user data with the IAB MT. The IAB MT wirelessly exchanges the user data over the IAB link using the NR-U frequency band.

  • Patent number: 12094511
Abstract: A disturb mitigation scheme is described for a 1TnC or multi-element ferroelectric gain bit-cell where after writing to a selected capacitor of the bit-cell, a cure phase is initiated. Between the cure phase and the write phase, there may be zero or more cycles where the selected word-line, bit-line, and plate-lines are pulled-down to ground. The cure phase may occur immediately before the write phase. In the cure phase, the word-line is asserted again just like in the write phase. In the cure phase, the voltage on bit-line is inverted compared to the voltage on the bit-line in the write phase. By programming a value in a selected capacitor to be opposite of the value written in the write phase of that selected capacitor, time accumulation of disturb is negated. This allows to substantially zero out disturb field on the unselected capacitors of the same bit-cell and/or other unselected bit-cells.

Abstract: A system and method for operating a cryptocurrency, including generating, by first computing devices, raw data sets representative of activities performed by respective users while each of the users is using the Internet. A second computing device may determine an aggregate data value of at least a portion of an aggregate of the raw data sets. The at least a portion of the aggregate of the raw data sets being received from the users who contribute that portion of the raw data sets, the contributing users being data contributors. A basis value of a cryptocurrency as a function of the aggregate data value may be established. • Patent number: 12092632
Abstract: A method of choosing which undesired cell to destroy in a multi-cell fluorescent event includes detecting fluorescence of cells, converting photons detected in the fluorescence into an analog voltage output signal, and identifying at least two discernable peaks associated with the cells. By looking solely at properties measured within the multi-cell fluorescent event, a decision of which cell to target for elimination can be made. Using this method with large population sizes can result in an effective sex skewed product. The sex skewed product can, for example, be formed from bull semen which is then later used to inseminate cows which results in an increased likelihood of giving birth to female cattle.
