Abstract: A gaming device includes a base and a transparent display disposed on the base including an emissive layer including an array of pixels, each including an emissive pixel element and a transparent portion, and a conductive layer operatively coupled to the emissive layer to selectively operate the emissive pixel elements. The gaming device further includes a processor circuit a memory storing machine-readable instructions that cause the processor circuit to selectively operate the transparent display. The transparent portion of each pixel is transparent to visible light in an inactive state such that an environment behind the transparent display is visible through the transparent portion to a user in front of the transparent display. Each pixel of the array of pixels emits light in an active state sufficient to obscure visibility of the environment behind the transparent display through the transparent portion to the user in front of the transparent display.

  • Publication number: 20240211687
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for predicting a next text. A method may include receiving one or more documents, such as a document associated with a healthcare provider. The document is then processed to generate one or more tokens which are representative of the document. The document is then processed with a machine-learning model, such as a topic model, and a topic vector is output for the document. Based at least in a part on this topic vector, the document is then processed by one or more expert machine-learning models, which each output a probability vector. The various probability vectors are then further processed to calculate a total probability vector for the document. Based at least in part on the total probability vector for the document, a text output is selected.

  • Publication number: 20240214233
Abstract: The subject technology receives, at a local device, a requested camera format based on specifications of a display associated with a remote device. The remote device and the local device are devices participating in a video conference. The requested camera format includes a first resolution. Camera formats supported by a camera associated with the local device are determined. If a second resolution of a first camera format matches among the supported camera formats matches with the first resolution, the first camera format is selected for capturing the video stream by the camera. Otherwise, a second camera format among the supported camera formats is determined for capturing the video stream so as to maximize a field of view of the video stream relative to other camera formats supported by the camera.

Abstract: A personalized assistance system includes an infrasensor device adapted to collect input data from a subject. A controller is configured to receive the input data from the infrasensor device. The controller has a processor and tangible, non-transitory memory on which instructions are recorded and is adapted to selectively execute one or more machine learning modules. Execution of the instructions by the processor causes the controller to extract one or more inframarkers from the input data. The controller is configured to determine respective changes in the inframarkers in real-time, including deviations from a respective baseline measurement customized for the subject. The controller is configured to determine at least one recommendation based in part on the inframarkers and the respective changes, via the one or more machine learning modules. • Publication number: 20240211573
Abstract: A software-based authentication protocol enables a client to be authenticated by a server through a host. The authentication protocol involves using mutable authentication data that changes to deter counterfeiters from making clones of authentic clients. The host requests a token from the client as proof of authenticity. The client establishes a communication channel to the server using the host as a communication proxy. The client presents mutable authentication data to the server. If the server determines that the mutable authentication data is outdated, then the client is deemed a counterfeit. If the server determined that the mutable authentication data is the latest version, then the client is deemed authentic and a token is issued to the client. Depending on a set of policies, the server changes the mutable authentication data and sends the new mutable authentication data to the client but not to counterfeit clients.
