Abstract: The present invention provides a production equipment monitoring method and system, and the method comprises: receiving production equipment alarm information; determining abnormal production equipment according to the production equipment alarm information, and determining a user group corresponding to the abnormal production equipment according to preset correspondence between production equipment and user group; and sending the production equipment alarm information to a user in the determined user group in a preset alarm manner. As a result, alarm information can be sent to the corresponding user(s) in the preset alarm manner the first time an abnormity in the production equipment is found, so as to notify related personnel to handle the abnormity timely and accurately.

Abstract: An apparatus for processing data includes a data processing circuit configured to process user data, wherein the data processing circuit comprises a number of sub-circuits, a number of clock gates each configured to control a clock signal to one of the sub-circuits, a gating control circuit configured to control the clock gates to apply the clock signal to each of the sub-circuits in staged fashion during a ramped power up operation, and a dummy data source configured to provide dummy data to the data processing circuit during the ramped power up operation of the data processing circuit.

Abstract: An epitaxial wafer structure of light-emitting diode includes, from bottom to up, a substrate, an N-type GaN layer, a MQW light-emitting layer and a P-type GaN layer, in which, at least one InyGa1?yN/AlN composition layer (0<y?1) is inserted in the N-type GaN and at least one multi-layer AlN/InzGa1?zN composition layer (0<z?1) is inserted in the P-type GaN layer; and AlN part in the inserting layer increases barrier to form a blocking layer and the InyGa1?yN layer reduces barrier to form a carrier capture layer so as to generate two-dimensional electron gas of higher concentration and more-concentrated distribution in the N-type GaN layer and the P-type GaN layer, thereby improving current spreading capacity.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a light-emitting diode includes: proving a substrate; forming an N-type layer, a low-temperature AlxInyGa1?x?yN (0?x?1, 0?y?1, x and y cannot both be zero at the same time) layer, a multiple quantum-well active region, an AlzGa1?zN (0?z?1) electron blocking layer, an AlxInyGa1?x?yN (0?x?1, 0?y?1) separation layer and a P-type layer over the substrate in successive; before growth of the multiple quantum-well active region, growing a low-temperature AlxInyGa1?x?yN layer to form a “V”-shaped indentation or pit; after growth of the multiple quantum-well active region, growing a thin AlzGa1?zN electron blocking layer and then a separation layer under two-dimensional growth mode to form holes between the active region and the P-type layer to separate throughout dislocation within the V pit coverage range and contact with the P-type layer, thus eliminating current leakage and improving inverse current leakage capacity and anti-static capacity of the epitaxial wafer.

Abstract: A LED fabrication method includes: providing a substrate; forming a low-temperature AlxGa1-xN (0?x?1) layer over the growth substrate; setting the growth pressure from high to low and temperature and rotation rate from low to high to realize change from three-dimensional growth to two-dimensional growth of the GaN structure layer before growth of the multiple quantum-well layer, in which, Si is doped at position approximate to the multiple quantum-well layer to form an undoped gradient GaN layer and an N-type gradient GaN layer; growing a multiple quantum-well layer, an AlxGa1-xN (0?x?1) layer and a P-type layer; and during later chip fabrication, dividing the epitaxial wafer over the etched N-type platform into chip grains and immersing them in chemical solutions for wet etching; and forming an inverted pyramid structure with rough side wall over the multiple quantum-well layer to improve light-emitting efficiency.

Abstract: An embodiment radio frequency MicroElectroMechanical (RF-MEMS) tunable bandpass filter includes one or more tunable resonators, each of which includes an electrically reconfigurable capacitor bank, a tuning screw, and a resonating structure. In an embodiment, the capacitor bank includes fixed value capacitors and switches to vary the capacitance of the resonator. In an embodiment, the capacitor bank includes variable capacitors and direct current (DC) bias circuits to vary the capacitance of the resonator. The filter may be incorporated into a time division duplexing (TDD) base station or other wireless communications device.

Abstract: A method for scheduling communication traffic in an Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture based equipment and a corresponding apparatus are provided. In the method, communication traffic information of traffic processing means in the equipment is collected; based on the collected communication traffic information, a traffic distribution rule for the traffic processing means in next time period is generated; and based on the generated traffic distribution rule, incoming communication traffic of the equipment is scheduled. The method of the invention considers the quality of service and contracted capacity of the whole equipment and the dynamic processing capability and running environment of the traffic processing means, and can balance the loads of the respective traffic processing means in the equipment with asymmetric multi-application configuration well by adaptively adjusting the distribution of the communication traffic, to guarantee the quality of service of the whole equipment.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for implementing non-native file attributes on file systems may include receiving at least one extended attribute to apply to at least one file within a file system that does not natively implement the extended attribute, identifying an index file that indexes extended attributes of files within the file system by file identifiers of the files, determining a file identifier that uniquely identifies the file within the file system, and applying the extended attribute to the file by indexing the extended attribute by the file identifier within the index file. Abstract: An acoustic filter and method of acoustic filter manufacture provides a plurality of series acoustic resonators coupled in series on a first resonator substrate, a plurality of shunt resonators on a second resonator substrate, and a support substrate. The first and second resonator substrates are mounted on the support substrate. The filter further provides a plurality of electrical connections, wherein each respective electrical connection electrically couples a respective one of the plurality of shunt resonators to a respective one of the plurality of series acoustic resonators.

Abstract: Improved synthetic methods for the production of thaxtomin analogs, particularly thaxtomin A, and intermediates therefore such as substituted tryptophans and in particular, 4-nitro-L-tryptophan, and substituted phenyl acrylic acids are disclosed. Bioassays show that the synthetic thaxtomin A is not significantly different from the natural one in herbicidal activity.

Abstract: A setting system, and method for setting first interfaces of a connection apparatus, includes a detection unit, a search unit, a setting unit, and a turn on unit. The detection unit detects second interfaces which are connected to the connection apparatus and the search unit obtains name and speed-capability information of each connected second interface. Based on the obtained information, the setting unit issues a first command to control each of connected first interfaces to connect to a second interfaces at a speed in accordance with the obtained information. The turn on unit issues a second command to turn on the connected first interfaces in accordance with the obtained information when any connection is broken.

Abstract: A testing device in communication with a disc player includes a storage device and a display device. The storage stores a start command, an end command, and a reference value range of each of several performance parameters of the disc player. The start command is sent to the disc player a predetermined numbers times to obtain performance readings as the disc player reads data. The value of each performance reading of the disc player obtained each time the start command is transmitted is compared with a range of values preset for several performance parameters and the display device shows information indicating whether or not the disc player is acceptable.

Abstract: A detection apparatus communicating with an peripheral device includes a determining module, a detecting module, a converting module, a comparing module, and a control module. The determining module controls the detecting module to transmit a corresponding testing program to the peripheral device while determining disc information is received from the peripheral device. The detecting module further controls the converting module to convert the feedback information into a parameter while detecting whether feedback information is received from the peripheral device. The comparing module compares the converted parameter and the standard parameter to generate a corresponding control signal for controlling the control module to generate different prompting information for indicating different detecting result of the peripheral device.

The housing includes a first and second output ports disposed at one side of the housing for transmitting the sound to outside of the speaker box. The housing includes a plurality of ribs disposed therein and forming a bending channel. The first and second output ports are disposed at two ends of the bending channel. The bending channel is divided into a front channel and a back channel by the speaker. The speaker box is capable of obtaining a better low frequency sound reproduction quality.
