The elastic member includes a circular plane lamina and a plurality of elastic arms extending outwardly from the circumference of the circular plane lamina. The yoke includes a bottom wall and a sidewall extending vertically from the bottom wall, and the sidewall defines a plurality of gaps corresponding to the elastic arms. Each of the elastic arms is intermittently received in the gaps during the vibration of the elastic member.
