Abstract: The present invention discloses a cell management method and a base station. The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, configuration information, where the configuration information includes information about at least two cells, the first cell and the second cell belong to different public land mobile networks PLMNs or are managed by different network element management systems; and managing, by the base station, the at least two cells according to the configuration information. According to the present invention, it can implement collaborative management of cells that are in different PLMNs or different network element management systems under a shared base station.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for minimization of drive tests (MDT), and relates to the field of communications technologies. In a technical solution, by obtaining a mapping relationship between a trace control entity (TCE) address and a TCE identifier, and according to the TCE identifier included in the MDT report reported by the UE, a corresponding TCE address is obtained and the MDT report is sent to a TCE corresponding to the TCE address. Therefore, it is unnecessary to send an actual TCE network address to the user equipment. The technical solution improves security and solves the insecurity problem of the MDT measurement. The technical solution is simple, convenient and easy to implement, and reduces the complexity of network signaling interaction and network processing.

Abstract: Synchronization in a communication system A method and apparatus for a communication system is disclosed. In the system communications occur via a multiple of nodes each providing a stratum for synchronization. It is determined that the stratum of a node is not included in a predefined set of stratums. In response to said determination synchronizing with the node is provided differently from nodes with stratums without taking the order of the stratum into account. Information about the status can be communicated between nodes.

The method includes: determining whether a conflict exists in the two operations; and if a conflict exists in two operations, implementing conflict coordination on execution of the two operations; wherein one of the two operations is a first operation on a first resource, and the other one of the two operations is a second operation on the first resource or a third operation on a related resource of the first resource. Abstract: A method is provided for the creation of an addendum for use in the design and production of sheet metal formed components, which method uses a sectionless approach. In a preferred approach, elevation curve (EC) lines are established relating to the component (ECc) and binder (ECb), and it is these lines which are used to design the addendum. Additional EC lines (EC1, EC2, EC3, etc.) can be added to modify or optimize the addendum design. The spaces between the EC lines are filled using various parameterized filling techniques so as to provide the addendum design. Optimization of the addendum can be achieved by modification of the various EC lines, so as to modify or control the various design parameters, in accordance with various quality or design criteria. A more rapid, and less complicated approach to addendum design is provided.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a SON-based terminal selection method related to the field of communications technologies, where a target terminal is selected pertinently to participate in implementation of a SON algorithm. The method provided by the embodiments of the present invention includes: determining a terminal selection criterion under a requirement of implementing different SON algorithms; and performing target terminal selection from managed terminals according to the terminal selection criterion. A system and a network entity corresponding to the method are also provided. By applying the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, a target terminal can be selected pertinently to participate in implementation of the SON algorithm, which avoids waste of resources of terminals that do not need to participate in implementation of the SON algorithm, and improves user experience of these terminals.

The method includes: receiving or monitoring network information; determining, according to the network information, whether a network operation needs to be coordinated; and coordinating the network operation if determining, according to the network information, that the network operation needs to be coordinated. The apparatus provided in embodiments of the present invention includes: a network information acquiring unit, a coordination determining unit and a coordinating unit. The method and the apparatus for coordinating the network provided in embodiments of the present invention can reduce the probability of occurrence of various network problems due to that a network operation is fixed or is preset by an operator, so that the network operation can achieve an expected network objective, thereby reducing maintenance cost of the operator.

Wherein, the user terminal comprises a password generation module and a first near field communication module. The password generation module is configured to generate a password. Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for determining link coverage problem are disclosed. Downlink measurement data and uplink measurement data are correlated to perform analysis, so that determining of a link coverage problem no longer depends only on the downlink measurement data, but depends on a combination of the downlink measurement data and the uplink measurement data. In this way, the determining of the link coverage problem is more accurate, which facilitates subsequent use of a correct solution.
