Abstract: A method for minimization of drive tests, a method for collecting terminal information, a terminal, and a network element, belong to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: in a process of activating a minimization of drive tests MDT task, checking, by a network element, a consent type of a user corresponding to a selected terminal; sending an MDT task activation command to the selected terminal according to a check result of the consent type; after receiving measured data reported by the selected terminal, performing an operation according to a check result of the consent type. In embodiments of the present invention, check on user consent is implemented in a network detection process, thereby avoiding a case that a user equipment is forced to report personal information without permission of the user and improving the user experience.

Abstract: Thermoelectric materials and thermoelectric cells and devices incorporating the thermoelectric materials are provided. Also provided are methods of using the cells and devices to generate electricity and to power external electronic devices. The thermoelectric materials comprise SnSe single crystals, including hole doped SnSe single crystals.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a processing method for minimization of drive tests, a network device, and a communications system. The method includes: obtaining, by a first network device, a virtual identity, where the virtual identity is corresponding to a real identity of a terminal; and sending, by the first network device, the virtual identity of the terminal performing minimization of drive tests and minimization of drive tests information, where the minimization of drive tests information includes at least one of a minimization of drive tests result and a trace recording session reference. According to the present invention, some measurement results can be mapped to same UE without exposing user privacy.

The method for energy saving management includes: configuring, by an integrated reference point manager IRPManager, an energy saving policy, where the energy saving policy includes an identifier of a coverage backup entity for energy saving and further includes policy information of energy saving activation and/or policy information of energy saving deactivation; and sending, by the IRPManager, the energy saving policy to an integrated reference point agent IRPAgent, where the energy saving policy is used to perform energy saving management on a base station.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a resource operation method and an apparatus thereof. The method includes: determining whether a conflict exists in the two operations; and if a conflict exists in two operations, implementing conflict coordination on execution of the two operations; wherein one of the two operations is a first operation on a first resource, and the other one of the two operations is a second operation on the first resource or a third operation on a related resource of the first resource. Through the present invention, a possible operation conflict can be discovered in a timely manner during an operation on a resource, thereby avoiding the operation conflict.

The embedded code manipulation instructions may be accessed and executed by test engineers or other users to induce fault paths and the like in the software product at run-time for analyzing the software's response to the induced fault paths. For instance, a user application of a software manipulation framework may expose a list of all of the instruction sets to a test engineer or the like in conjunction with one or more testing procedures to be performed on the software. Unless accessed by the test engineer, all of the testing probes may be represented by noops or placeholders at runtime to limit performance impact on the software.

Abstract: A method is provided for the creation of an addendum for use in the design and production of sheet metal formed components, which method uses a sectionless approach. In a preferred approach, elevation curve (EC) lines are established relating to the component (ECc) and binder (ECb), and it is these lines which are used to design the addendum. Additional EC lines (EC1, EC2, EC3, etc.) can be added to modify or optimize the addendum design. The spaces between the EC lines are filled using various parameterized filling techniques so as to provide the addendum design. Optimization of the addendum can be achieved by modification of the various EC lines, so as to modify or control the various design parameters, in accordance with various quality or design criteria. A more rapid, and less complicated approach to addendum design is provided.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a SON-based terminal selection method related to the field of communications technologies, where a target terminal is selected pertinently to participate in implementation of a SON algorithm. The method provided by the embodiments of the present invention includes: determining a terminal selection criterion under a requirement of implementing different SON algorithms; and performing target terminal selection from managed terminals according to the terminal selection criterion. A system and a network entity corresponding to the method are also provided. By applying the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, a target terminal can be selected pertinently to participate in implementation of the SON algorithm, which avoids waste of resources of terminals that do not need to participate in implementation of the SON algorithm, and improves user experience of these terminals.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and an apparatus for coordinating a network. The method includes: receiving or monitoring network information; determining, according to the network information, whether a network operation needs to be coordinated; and coordinating the network operation if determining, according to the network information, that the network operation needs to be coordinated. The apparatus provided in embodiments of the present invention includes: a network information acquiring unit, a coordination determining unit and a coordinating unit. The method and the apparatus for coordinating the network provided in embodiments of the present invention can reduce the probability of occurrence of various network problems due to that a network operation is fixed or is preset by an operator, so that the network operation can achieve an expected network objective, thereby reducing maintenance cost of the operator.

Abstract: A user terminal, a password-based trading terminal, a system and a method for password-based authentication are provided. Wherein, the user terminal comprises a password generation module and a first near field communication module. The password generation module is configured to generate a password. The first near field communication module is configured to convert the generated password into near field communication label data, and then send the data to a password-based trading terminal through near field communication. The present application effectively ensures password security during the password-based authentication.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for determining link coverage problem are disclosed. Downlink measurement data and uplink measurement data are correlated to perform analysis, so that determining of a link coverage problem no longer depends only on the downlink measurement data, but depends on a combination of the downlink measurement data and the uplink measurement data. In this way, the determining of the link coverage problem is more accurate, which facilitates subsequent use of a correct solution.

The present invention is applicable to the field of communications systems.

The coordination parameter of the SON function is obtained before running of a current SON function, so as to use the obtained coordination parameter to coordinate the running of the SON function. In this way, the running of the current SON function may cooperate and coordinate with another SON, thereby avoiding a conflict, more efficiently, more smoothly, and lower repeatedly solving a network problem, improving network application efficiency, or reducing wrong adjustment of a network parameter caused by wrong judgment, which affects user service experience, so as to achieve an object of reducing an operating cost, and improving an utilization rate of an equipment and funds.
