Abstract: The present application provides a method and device for evaluating network performance, which relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining statistical data characterizing network performance; according to the statistical data, obtaining performance of neighbor relationship adjustment, or obtaining a degree to which the neighbor relationship adjustment affects the network performance. The present application determines impact of ANR algorithm on a network or a UE by collecting related status data, and solves a problem that whether degradation of UE performance or user experience is caused by the ANR algorithm cannot be determined in the prior art. Then a factor of ANR operation may be excluded from numerous factors which may affect a system or user experience, analysis capability of automatic troubleshooting is improved, and problem solving capability of operators is improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for processing context, which relate to communication filed. The method includes storing UE context of a UE. If the UE encounters RLF, acquiring RLF context of the UE and matching the UE context with the RLF context.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an MDT control method, system, and network element device. The network element device acquires an MDT PLMN list, where the MDT PLMN List includes at least two PLMN identities, and UEs in at least two PLMNs corresponding to the at least two PLMN identities can perform MDT in the at least two PLMNs; when a first UE accesses a current PLMN, the network element device acquires and determines that a user intention of the first UE is to permit performing the MDT; the network element device judges whether the MDT PLMN List includes an HPLMN identity or an EHPLMN identity of the first UE; and when the MDT PLMN List includes the HPLMN identity or EHPLMN identity of the first UE, the network element device instructs the first UE to perform the MDT measurements.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for associating reports, and relates to the field of radio communications, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art that an analysis and location result is not precise enough because information of an RLF report and an MDT measurement report of a UE cannot be fully applied in analysis and location of a radio link problem on a network. The method for associating reports includes: sending, by a base station, to a UE that executes an MDT job an identifier allocated to the UE; receiving, by the base station, an RLF report of the UE, where the RLF report includes the identifier; and associating, by the base station, the RLF report of the UE with an MDT measurement report that includes the identifier.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for subscribing to an RLF report. An integration reference point manager configures a subscription condition for an RLF report for an integration reference point agent. The integration reference point manager obtains an RLF report that is sent by the integration reference point agent and satisfies the subscription condition. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid the case in the prior art that a base station sends an RLF report obtained from a UE, to an IRPManager through an IRPAgent in a best-effort mode, thereby decreasing the load of information transferred between the IRPManager and the IRPAgent.

The gene nanoparticles are controllable in particle size, uniform in size, favorable for surface modification, can enhance the ability of expression and delivery of the Math1 gene, and is useful in a sensorineural hearing loss caused by hair cells loss due to noise, drug toxicity etc.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for minimization of drive tests, and relates to the field of communications technologies. In the technical solutions, by obtaining a mapping relationship between a TCE address and a TCE identifier, and according to a TCE identifier included in the MDT report reported by the UE, a corresponding TCE address is obtained and the MDT report is sent to a TCE corresponding to the TCE address. And it is unnecessary to send an actual TCE network address to the user equipment, which improves security and solves the insecurity problem of the MDT measurement. The present invention is simple, convenient and easy to implement, and reduces the complexity of network signaling interaction and network processing.
