Abstract: An extension tool includes a shaft having an annular groove and an orifice and an aperture formed in a front portion, to receive a retaining ring and a ball and an insert. A stem is slidably engaged into the shaft and includes a number of depressions for selectively receiving the ball, and for adjustably securing the stem to the shaft. A control ferrule is engaged onto the shaft, and has a protrusion biased to force the ball to engage into either of the depressions of the stem. A spring-biased projection is attached to a rear portion of the stem, and has a detent movable to engage into the aperture of the shaft, to lock the stem to the shaft, and to prevent the stem from being disengaged from the shaft inadvertently.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a coating having microcapsules for use with a glove. The coating improves both wet and dry and donnability of the glove. The coating comprises microcapsules, water and a polyurethane for application to a glove.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for optimizing routing through a data network is disclosed. Plural simulations are run on various links between network routers, and a central location may be used to compile the information from the links and calculate parameters of paths through the network. A graphical user interface to specify parameters of the simulations is also provided.

Abstract: A finger puppet toy sits comfortably on a finger of a child, and generates a sound when the finger is tapped against a hard object, such as a desk or a table-top. The sound may be a voice, an animal sound, an animal voice sound, a musical note, or any of the above sounds in the key of a musical note. The head of the puppet toy articulates about a shaft when the child articulates the finger, and the head may thus appear to move while the sound is generated. Multiple toys worn on one or more hands and having different musical notes may be tapped in sequence to play a melody.

A connection member is pivotally connected to an end of the shaft and another polygonal rod movably extends through the connection member. Two engaging ends are connected to two ends of the polygonal rod connected to the connection member. Each engaging end is cooperated with a socket. The connection member is pivoted to let the two polygonal rods be located in parallel with each other.

Abstract: A wrench assembly includes two arms pivoted at the middle by a connection device. The connection device includes a bolt extending through two cross-bores in the two arms and a stem is biased received in a recess in the bolt. A button connected to the stem and has a rod extending perpendicularly therefrom. The first arm has a hole and the second arm has a concavity which is in alignment with the hole. A block and a spring are received in the concavity. The rod extends through the hole and compresses the block. When the block is located between the first arm and the second arm, the two arms are not pivoted with each other. When the block is pushed into the concavity by pushing the button, the two arms can be pivoted about the bolt.
