    Abstract: A satellite communication system and method based on a digital video broadcasting-return channel via satellite (DVB-RCS) are provided. The satellite communication system may include a central station, and at least one very small aperture terminal (VSAT) including a first VSAT and a second VSAT. When a logon request is received from the second VSAT, the central station may determine whether the first VSAT is normally operated. When the first VSAT is determined to be abnormally operated, the central station may allow the second VSAT to log onto the central station.

    Abstract: Provided is an electronic circuit including a substrate having a flat device region and a curved interconnection region. A conduction line may extend along an uneven portion in the interconnection region and may be curved. The uneven portion and the conductive line may have a wavy shape. An external force applied to the electronic circuit may be absorbed by the uneven portion and the conductive line. The electronic device may not be affected by the external force. Therefore, functions of the electronic circuit may be maintained. A method of fabricating an electronic circuit according to the present invention may easily adjust areas and positions of the interconnection region and the device region.

    Abstract: An attack blocking control method uses an access control list (ACL). The method includes investigating the ACL if a packet is input, and checking whether or not the packet is registered in the ACL, comparing a current time count value with a blocking time of the packet if the packet is determined to be registered in the ACL. Further, the method includes increasing the number of blocking times of the packet by 1 if the current time count value is smaller than or equal to the blocking time. Further, the method includes automatically renewing the blocking time, and removing registration information for the packet from the ACL if the current time count value is greater than the blocking time.
