  • Publication number: 20210118668
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to embodiments of a semiconductor deposition reactor manifold and methods of using the semiconductor deposition reactor manifold which can be used to deposit semiconductor layers using processes such as atomic layer deposition (ALD). The semiconductor deposition reactor manifold has a bore, a first supply channel, and a second supply channel. Advantageously, the first supply channel and the second supply channel merge with the bore in an offset fashion which leads to reduced cross-contamination within the supply channels.

  • Patent number: 10971813
Abstract: A switchable patch antenna comprises a planar conductor having an aperture (hole) formed in the middle of the planar conductor. Radiation of a sinusoidal signal is controlled by comparison of separate impedance values for two components that have separate impedance values. Each of the two components have one end coupled together at the terminal positioned at a center of the aperture and their other ends separately coupled to opposing edges of the aperture. A sinusoidal signal source is also coupled to the terminal positioned at the aperture's center. Further, when the impedance values of both components are substantially equivalent, radiation by the antenna of the provided signal and/or mutual coupling of other signals is disabled. Also, when an impedance value of one of the two components is substantially greater than the other impedance value of the other component, the provided signal is radiated and/or mutual coupling is enabled.

  • Publication number: 20210096713
Abstract: A device with one or more input devices receives a user input for navigating through a representation of a set of assets, determines that an attribute associated with the received input is above threshold value, and in response, sets a scrolling mode to be an accelerated navigation mode. While the scrolling mode is in the accelerated navigation mode and while scrolling through the representation of assets in accordance with the input, the device provides one or more asset subset identifiers that identify a respective subset of the assets through which the device is currently scrolling in accordance with the input.

  • Patent number: 10919700
Abstract: A mobile storage system including a plurality of movable storage units that can be positioned to selectively form an aisle between adjacent storage units. The mobile storage system includes a master controller in communication with a local control unit and a local control panel on each storage unit. The master controller communicates through a wireless communication path with a user device having a visual display. The visual display presents a current image of the mobile storage system and allows a user to enter commands to create aisles between adjacent storage units. When the user device is in wireless communication with the master controller, the master controller prevents operation of the storage units from the local control panels. The master controller allows a wireless communication path to be created with only a single user device at any time such that only one user device is able to operate the mobile storage system.

  • Patent number: 10906557
Abstract: A system generates haptic feedback in an electric vehicle. The system comprises a frame, an energy storage device, and a wheel rotatably coupled to the frame. A motor receives power from the energy storage device and provides torque to the wheel. A controller determines a first operational state of the electric vehicle and transmits a first torque signal to the motor to control the motor to transmit first torque levels to the wheel to propel the electric vehicle. The controller determines a second operational state of the electric vehicle and transmits a second torque signal to the motor assembly. The motor assembly transmits second torque levels to the wheel to generate haptic feedback. The second torque signal is based on the second operational state of the electric vehicle and a torque profile stored in the memory, where the torque profile defines an irregular-shaped periodic waveform (e.g., a heartbeat rhythm).
