    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Multiple component carriers may be configured for communications between communication devices, where uplink data channel resources may be scheduled on a component carrier of the component carriers. A communication device may report, over the uplink data channel resources to another communication device, a first report for available transmission power for uplink data transmissions over the component carrier and a second report associated with available transmission power for uplink control transmissions over a second component carrier. The other communication device may use the second report to determine the available transmission power for uplink control transmissions over the second component carrier. The other communication device may schedule communication resources based on the determined available transmission power for uplink control transmissions.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for enhanced downlink and uplink scheduling based on assistance information related to PDCP status reports. Some aspects specifically relate to a wireless communication system including a disaggregated base station architecture in which a CU provides a DU assistance information related to PDCP status reports from which assistance information the DU may determine appropriate downlink or uplink scheduling start timing for a UE. In some examples, the DU obtains from the CU assistance information indicating an unreceived PDCP SDU at a UE or the CU, and sends downlink data or an uplink grant to the UE based on the assistance information. The CU may deliver the downlink data to the DU prior to sending the assistance information or obtain uplink data from the DU after sending the assistance information. Duplication of PDCP SDU transmissions and unnecessarily extended scheduling delays may thus be minimized.

The aluminum-plastic film includes an upper film and a lower film disposed opposite to each other, the upper film and the lower film are connected to form an accommodating cavity, and the battery cell and the electrolyte solution are disposed in the accommodating cavity; and the electrolyte solution includes a non-aqueous organic solvent, an additive, and a lithium salt, where the lithium salt includes lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide. In embodiments of the present disclosure, lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide are used as lithium sources. Lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide does not react with water to generate hydrofluoric acid, which can effectively reduce a content of hydrofluoric acid and slow down aging of a packaging film, thereby prolonging a service life of a battery.

The obtained bispecific binding molecule has higher selectivity for Kv1.3high ?7high T cells (relative to Kv1.3low ?7high T cells), and can greatly improve the therapeutic efficacy, while preventing possible adverse reactions caused by other cells that positively express integrin ?7. The described difference in binding activity toward two targets enables the bispecific binding molecule to have a binding preference for the two targets, thereby having certain advantages in the design of antibody drugs.
