    Abstract: An infrared filter film layer and an infrared filter structure are provided. The infrared filter film layer includes at least one silicon-based layer, at least one isolation layer, and at least one oxide layer that are stacked with each other. The at least one isolation layer is disposed between the at least one silicon-based layer and the at least one oxide layer. Through this configuration, the infrared filter film layer has good quality, such that an amount of wavelength drift is small in application. The infrared filter structure includes a light-transmitting substrate and the infrared filter film layer.

    Abstract: A service steering method, an apparatus, and a system are provided. The system includes a cloud management platform node, a plurality of resource pools, and a steering node. Each resource pool includes a plurality of hosts configured to run services. An instance cluster corresponding to a target service of a target tenant is created in each resource pool, and an instance in the instance cluster is used to run the target service. In the method, the cloud management platform node obtains available resource information of each resource pool associated with the target service. The cloud management platform node generates, based on the available resource information of each resource pool, a steering plan of the target service. The steering node allocates service traffic of the target service in the time period to the plurality of resource pools according to the steering plan.

The second insulation layer is formed with an opening. Based on a preset voting mechanism, the converter triggers the edge devices and the PLC for connectivity detection and voting, and select an individual edge device and a PLC to be connected according to the number of votes of each respective edge device and each PLC.
