A sensitive electrode is at the second unit. The sensitive electrode is on a side of a layer where the inorganic transistor is located away from the first substrate. A first hollow hole of the first base plate exposes the sensitive electrode.

For example, UEs of different orbit propagation capabilities (e.g., computing orbit propagation models of different accuracy levels) may receive additional ephemeris parameters. In one aspect, a network entity may determine at least one additional set of ephemeris parameters that includes different ephemeris parameters than one or more basic sets of ephemeris parameters associated with a satellite that provides a coverage for the network entity. The network entity may transmit broadcast signaling indicating the at least one additional set of ephemeris parameters. The UE may receive and use the at least one additional set of ephemeris parameters in an orbit propagation model to compute a state of motion of the satellite.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an embracing crawling robot for detecting an underwater pier of a highway bridge and a detection method therefor. The robot includes a main body, underwater lighting systems, tool compartments, depth metering modules, servo driving wheels, inclination measurement modules, underwater manipulator arms, vision array modules, synchronized stretching and fixing systems, and driven wheels. The robot is capable of crawling around an underwater pier of a highway bridge and operating stably in an underwater environment. After cleaning surface attachments on the underwater pier, the robot performs visual detection of a disease; and after determining type and location information of the disease, the robot will transmit disease information back. The robot is capable of crawling around the underwater pier of the highway bridge stably at any depths, perceiving depth and visual information under high-speed and turbid water conditions, thereby realizing detection of the disease on the underwater pier.

The monochromatic excitation light of an optimal excitation wavelength generated by a fluorescence excitation source is used to excite the transformer oil in a fluorescence excitation detection apparatus to generate fluorescence. The fluorescence excitation detection apparatus generates the fluorescence according to the input monochromatic excitation light and inputs the fluorescence to a fluorescence signal acquisition and analysis apparatus.
