  • Patent number: 7777231
Abstract: A method for forming a thin film transistor on a substrate is disclosed. A gate electrode and a gate insulation layer are disposed on a surface of the substrate. A deposition process is performed by utilizing hydrogen diluted silane to form a silicon-contained thin film on the gate insulation layer first. A hydrogen plasma etching process is thereafter performed. The deposition process and the etching process are repeated for at least one time to form an interface layer. Finally, an amorphous silicon layer, n+ doped Si layers, a source electrode, and a drain electrode are formed on the interface layer.

  • Patent number: 7707536
Abstract: A router organizes an IC area into an array of global routing cells (GRCs) and generates a congestion map providing a separate congestion factor for each GRC boundary. The router then iteratively partitions the IC area into progressively smaller tiles while selecting a route for each net passing between tiles when possible without altering any previously routed net. The router thereafter iteratively merges the tiles into progressively larger tiles while selecting a route for each previously unrouted net residing wholly within a single tile, altering routes of previously routed nets when necessary to accommodate the selected route. When selecting each route for any connection of a net, the router seeks to minimize a cost function of congestion factors of all GRC boundaries.

  • Publication number: 20090254808
Abstract: Various embodiments can be used to process packages or documents that contain markup language describing one or more documents. Markup language descriptions can be processed to identify certain objects that reoccur or are repeated in the markup language description. If a re-occurring or repeating object is encountered in the markup language description, a resource dictionary can be used to catalog such objects and, an associated object model can include, from the resource dictionary, references to a re-occurring or repeating object. By using the resource dictionary as such, memory resources can be conserved when an in-memory representation of the object model is built.
