    Abstract: The invention is set for connecting L.E.D., bridging rectifier and AC/DC power transformer by using series connection method, also the main purpose is for saving energy and reducing the cost of electronic components. The first apparatus is built by first bridge rectifier, first L.E.D. group and first current-limiting resistor using the series connection method. The second apparatus is built by second bridge rectifier, second L.E.D. group and second current-limiting resistor using the series connection method. Then, finally the previous two apparatus will be connected each other by using parallel connection method to the AC/DC power source.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an electronic component with Sn rich deposit layer on the part for electric connection, wherein the Sn rich deposit layer is a fine grained Sn rich deposit layer composed of grains with smaller size in the direction perpendicular to the deposit surface than in the direction parallel to the deposit surface. It also relates to a process for plating an electronic component, so as to form a Sn rich deposit layer on the part for electric connection, comprising the steps of: adjusting the composition of tin plating solution in which starter additive and brighter additive are included; moving the electronic component through the tin plating solution, so as to form a fine grained Sn rich deposit layer on the part for electric connection. As compared with the prior art, the invention can validly inhibit the whisker growth with low cost and reliable property.

    Abstract: A method of removing a metal silicide layer on a gate electrode in a semiconductor manufacturing process is disclosed, in which the gate electrode, a metal silicide layer, a spacer, a silicon nitride cap layer, and a dielectric layer have been formed. The method includes performing a chemical mechanical polishing process to polish the dielectric layer using the silicon nitride cap layer as a polishing stop layer to expose the silicon nitride cap layer over the gate electrode; removing the exposed silicon nitride cap layer to expose the metal silicide layer; and performing a first etching process to remove the metal silicide layer on the gate electrode.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) structure includes a substrate with a surface and cylindrical photonic crystals, a first type doping semiconductor layer, a first electrode, a light emitting layer, a second type doping semiconductor layer and a second electrode. The first type doping semiconductor layer is formed on the substrate to cover the photonic crystals. The light emitting layer, the second type doping semiconductor layer and the second electrode are sequentially formed on a portion of the first type doping semiconductor layer. The first electrode is formed on the other portion of the first type doping semiconductor layer without being covered by the light emitting layer. Because the substrate with photonic crystals can improve the epitaxial quality of the first type doping semiconductor layer and increase the energy of the light forwardly emitting out of the LED, the light emitting efficiency of the LED is effectively enhanced.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a safety hypodermic syringe. The inner rim of the top end of the locking socket is provided with at least one corresponding downward guide member, which is formed with a high and low side at front and rear end, respectively. Moreover, an entrance and a locking protrusion are disposed at the high and low side, respectively. In addition, an unhindered inner wall is formed beneath the guide member. The hollow body of the needle unit has a flange at the bottom thereof which has a protrusion at both sides thereof, respectively.
