    Abstract: A centrifugal driving electricity generation system for energy conservation comprises a kinetic energy driving system powered with electric energy or fuel energy, an impelled rotary system, a gearing wheel group system, at holder, and a power generation system. In the principle of contrast between centrifugal and application of force, the lower kinetic energy driving system drives the impelled rotary system from a centrifugal terminal to make an effect of centrifugal force, which amplifies multiple times the original energy of kinetic energy driving system and makes the system link with a gearing wheel group system through an axis portion of the impelled rotary system to drive the higher power generation system to operate at a high speed for power generation at a rating rotation speed. Thus, the lower kinetic energy driving system may be used to drive the higher power generation system to generate electricity for achievement of energy conservation.

    Abstract: A method for dicing a wafer including the following steps is provided. First, a carrier tape is attached to a first side of the wafer. Then, a patterned photoresist layer exposing a scribe line region of the wafer is formed on a second side of the wafer, in which the second side is the opposite side of the first side. After that, a cutting process is performed to the scribe line region from the second side of the wafer to the first side of the wafer through non-mechanical force.

    Abstract: A programmable memory built-in self-test circuit and a clock switching circuit thereof are provided. The memory built-in self-test circuit is able to provide more self-test functions preset by a user, simplify the redundant circuit in the prior art and reduce chip area and lower the cost by means of an instruction decoder and a built-in self-test controller. The present invention also provides some peripheral control circuits of a memory. The control circuits occupies less area and enables the memory to be tested more flexibly. The present invention further provides a clock switching circuit enabling a chip to be correctly tested under different clock speeds, which benefits to advance the testability and the analyzability of the memory embedded in a chip and thereby increase fault coverage.

    Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor has at least one capacitor element and an insulating housing. Each capacitor element has a body and at least two leads. The leads connect to the body. The insulating housing has a base. The base has a top with at least one opening, a bottom, at least two holes and at least one chamber. The opening is sealed after the at least one capacitor element is mounted in the base. The holes are defined through the bottom and allow the leads to extend out and to be fastened with sealant. The chamber is formed in the base, communicates with the opening and the holes and receives the capacitor element. Because the electrolytic capacitor is simple, the electrolytic capacitor is assembled easily and quickly to lower cost. Further, the insulating housing is able to hold multiple capacitor elements, so the solid electrolytic capacitor has an increased capacitance.

    Abstract: A seeking control system in an optical disc drive is disclosed. The system comprises a servo controller, a velocity control unit, and a switch unit. The servo controller receives a central servo signal to output a first tracking control signal for the tracking coil. The velocity control unit receives a tracking error signal to determine a velocity of the pickup head and compares the velocity of the pickup head with a predetermined velocity profile to generate the second tracking control signal. The switch unit outputs the second tracking control signal instead of the first tracking control signal to the motor driver to control the pickup head moving steadily.
