    Abstract: A packaging assembly for a high-speed vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) mainly applies a lens assembly consisted of several prisms to split a laser beam emitted by a VCSEL element so as to guide a small portion of the laser beam back to a monitor photodiode (MPD) and the rest of the laser beam to travel away along an optical axis. Such a spectacular design of the lens assembly can not only relieve the VCSEL element from a position right under the optical axis, but can also reduce signal loss by shorting a length of a bonding wire for a corresponding pin through disposing the VCSEL element further close to the corresponding pin. Thereupon, a defect of lights reflected from a lens or a translucent plate on a cap can be substantially improved.

Each piece of lane information includes lane marking geometric information. The following control device is electrically connected to the global positioning device and the high-precision road map unit, and is used for receiving the global positioning information and matching the road information, to find the lane information currently corresponding to the global positioning information, and retrieving the lane marking geometric information included in the current lane information and controlling the vehicle to travel following the current lane marking geometric information.

A first cutting edge is formed at a first end of the blade portion, and a protective shell is formed at an outer periphery of the first cutting edge. A first annular ring formed at a first end of the protective shell is located at the same side of the first cutting edge, and a rod portion extended from a surface of the protective shell is configured to provide a handhold for a user. The first annular ring of the protective shell can prevent the first cutting edge of the blade portion from accidentally cutting the meninges or blood vessels during pituitary adenoma surgery. Thus, the curette can improve the efficiency of the surgery and lower surgery time, anesthetic dosage and risk of the surgery.

    Abstract: An apparatus for performing a selenization and sulfurization process on a glass substrate is introduced. A low-cost, non-toxic selenization and sulfurization process is performed on a large-area glass substrate in a normal-pressure environment with the apparatus to turn element selenium or sulfur into small molecules of high activity at high temperature by pyrolysis or by plasma, especially linear atmospheric pressure plasma. The process is finalized by dispersing the selenium or sulfur molecules uniformly and allowing the glass substrate to undergo reciprocating motion precisely, thereby achieving large-area, uniform selenization and sulfurization of the one-piece glass substrate.

At the same time when the wire is being pulled, the wire can pass through the drawing die and rub against the drawing die, to enable the drawing die to apply a force on the adapter ring, the tapered spacer, and the force sensor, so as to further enable the force sensor to detect an axial-direction load, so that a wear degree of the drawing die can be detected in real time by using the axial-direction load, and the quality of a wire can be determined in real time.
