    Abstract: A thin multi-layer LED array engine is provided, which includes a substrate having a phosphor layer and a silica gel protection layer formed thereon. The phosphor layer is disposed on LED dices and makes direct contact with the substrate, and the silica gel protection layer is disposed on the phosphor layer. The LED dices are covered with the phosphor layer, and thereby the phosphor particles in the phosphor layer can be uniformly dispersed around the LED dices, so that the narrow color temperature distribution can be achieved. Furthermore, the phosphor layer makes direct contacts with the substrate, and thereby heat generated in the phosphor layer can be effectively dissipated through the substrate, and thereby the reliability of the optical components can be increased.

    Abstract: An integrally formed high-efficient multi-layer light-emitting device is provided, which includes a heat dissipation seat, a plurality of light-emitting dies, and a lead frame. The heat dissipation seat includes a chamber having an accommodating space, and a groove having two inclined inner sidewalls is formed around the periphery of a bottom of the chamber, The groove is very fine so that only very small amounts of the phosphor and silicone are used for filling the groove and covering the light-emitting dies, and thereby the material cost and the manufacturing cost are greatly reduced. The light can be reflected out of the chamber so that the brightness and the evenness of the light output will be improved.

    Abstract: A package structure of multi-layer array type LED device is disclosed, wherein a peripheral area of a substrate and a surface of lead frame are respectively installed with a convex/concave surface structure. The convex/concave surface structure increases the surface roughness of the peripheral area of the substrate and the surface of the lead frame, so a liquid package material can be filled in cavities and concave parts; thus a package member formed through the package material being solidified can be firmly combined with the substrate and the lead frame as one piece. In addition, the bottom of a lens is provided with a binder for increasing the sealing level of the lens. Moreover, the present invention adopted a soldering paste added with material having good heat conductivity, so heat generated by LED dices can be rapidly dissipated to the exterior.

    Abstract: A method is for controlling a three-phase current converter. First, subtract a second reference current signal representing the predicted current of the three-phase terminals in the present switching cycle from a first reference current signal representing the predicted current of the three-phase terminals in the next switching cycle to obtain a predicted variation. Then, subtract a feedback current signal representing the feedback current of the three-phase terminals in the previous switching cycle from the second reference current signal delayed by one switching cycle to obtain a current error. Multiply the current error by an error coefficient then add the predicted variation to obtain a current variation. Finally, obtain duty ratios of a plurality of switches, according to the current variation and inductance of the first to the third inductor. The three-phase current converter converts electric power between a DC terminal and the three-phase terminals, according to the duty ratio.

The interior of the airtight metal frame can be installed with packaging materials or optical components. The sealing holes are sealed with a glass or ceramic material. A fluorescent layer is formed on a silica gel layer, wherein the fluorescent layer can also be installed inside a silica glass package cover. The silica glass package cover is installed on the top surface of the airtight metal frame, and the silica glass package cover is engaged and sealed to a sealing rack.

The lens body includes a fluorescent layer buried inside the lens body, and the lens body is positioned apart from the light emitting units for a certain distance.

For example, a variable iteration data processing system is disclosed that includes a first detector, a second detector, a decoder and a unified memory buffer. An input data set is received by the first detector that performs a data detection and provides a first detected data set. The decoder receives a derivative of the first detected data set and performs a decoding operation that yields a decoded data set. In some cases, the derivative of the first detected data set is an interleaved version of the first detected data set. The decoded data set is written to a unified memory buffer. The first decoded data set is retrievable from the unified memory buffer and a derivative thereof is provided to the second detector. In some cases, the derivative of the decoded is a de-interleaved version of the decoded data set.

The skewed interleaving function provides a skewed row and column memory partition and a layered structure for re-arranging data samples read from, for example, a first channel detector. An iterative decoder, such as an iterative decoder based on a low-density parity-check code (LDPC), might employ an element to de-skew the data from the interleaved memory partition before performing iterative decoding of the data, and then re-skew the information before passing decoded samples to the de-interleaver. The de-interleaver re-arranges the iterative decoded data samples in accordance with an inverse of the interleaver function before passing the decoded data samples to, for example, a second channel detector.
