    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed to describe reporting and/or reacting to a mobility event. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may comprise a processor configured, at least in part, to establish a proximity service (ProSe) session with a second WTRU, detect the occurrence of a mobility event in a cellular network while the ProSe session is ongoing, determine a type of action to be performed with respect to the ProSe session based on one or more of the type of mobility event and type of ProSe session, and transmit a notification to a node in the cellular network, wherein the notification includes an indication of an action to be performed on the ProSe session. The node may be one of an evolved Node B (eNB), proximity server, or mobility management entity (MME). The node may be the second WTRU.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus may be used for selecting power saving mechanisms in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). For example, a WTRU may support at least power saving mode (PSM) and/or extended discontinuous reception (eDRX) mode. The WTRU may send a request message including parameters associated with the supported power saving mechanisms, such as an active time for PSM and a preferred DRX value for eDRX mode. The WTRU may receive an accept message including at least one selected parameter indicating the power saving mechanism for the WTRU selected by the network (NW). The WTRU may activate the selected power saving mechanism, and may start a validity timer to define the duration of use of the selected power saving mechanism. In another example, a WTRU configured to use eDRX may receive paging signals for system information (SI) change over a prolonged Broadcast Control Channel (BCCH) modification period.

A group communication bearer may have a first priority level for allocating resources to the group communication bearer, and a second priority level for allocating resources to the non-group communication bearer.     Abstract: The disclosure claims a method and a device for configuring cell parameters of a Relay Node (RN), which can solve the technical problem that the cell parameters cannot be reasonably configured as a Donor eNB (DeNB) does not know the cell amount of the RN. In the disclosure, the RN sends the cell amount of cells which are managed by the RN to the DeNB via a control signaling, so as to make the DeNB more reasonably configure the cell parameters of the RN. The present disclosure enables an RN to switch from transmitting according to indication on the PDCCH to transmitting according to indication on the R-PDCCH, i.e., the RN switches from being in a connection state as the UE to being in a connection state as an RN. The present disclosure makes less change to the existing flows, offering advantages of easy implementation, flexible configuration, etc.
