    Abstract: A data-driven audio codec system that involves producing multiple compressed streams comprising encoded information (e.g., codeword indices) at different time scales (time intervals or frequency). This may allow for separation of different properties of speech, such as content and aspects of style (prosody), into the different compressed streams without explicitly enforcing it, i.e., in an unsupervised manner. Speech audio is encoded to produce a plurality of encoded streams comprising encoded information for the speech audio at different time scales. The plurality of encoded streams are decoded to generate output audio.

    Abstract: The disclosure described herein provides for enzymatically stable and potent GLP-1 analogs (i.e., derivatives) for the treatment of metabolic disease or disorder in a subject. In some embodiments, the GLP-1 analog is a derivatized GLP-1 peptide, wherein the derivatized peptide has 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 amino acid differences from any one of GLP-1, GLP-1(7-39), GLP-1(7-36), GLP-1(7-37). In certain embodiments, the GLP-1 analog comprises at least one lysine substituent. The GLP-1 analogs described herein demonstrate potent receptor binding and extended plasma half-life. A pharmaceutical composition of the GLP-1 analogs is described herein for the treatment of metabolic disease or disorder in a subject, such as diabetes or obesity.

The wideband measurement system comprises a CVT power frequency measurement section and an optical wideband measurement section. In the optical wideband measurement section, a low-voltage capacitor is connected in series between the low-voltage terminal and the ground terminal of the medium-voltage capacitor in the capacitor voltage divider. An optical voltage sensor is connected in parallel across the terminals of the low-voltage capacitor to measure the wideband voltage signal under test. The wideband measurement system for mixed-connected CVT described in the invention enables the CVT to have wideband measurement capabilities while ensuring the accuracy of conventional CVT power frequency measurements.

    Abstract: 2-hydroxy-5-[2-(4-(trifluoromethylphenyl)ethylamino)]benzoic acid crystal forms and a preparation method therefor are proposed. Crystal form I is a monoclinic crystal system, which has a Pc space group and can be obtained by slow cooling, evaporating the solvent at a constant temperature, evaporating the solvent at an increased temperature, or adding an anti-solvent. Crystal form II is a triclinic crystal system, which has a P1 space group and can be obtained by rapid cooling or freeze-drying. According to the method, the process is simple, costs are low, and the yield exceeds 90%; and the crystal forms of the crystal forms I and II have high purity, the crystal shapes thereof are intact, and have excellent fluidity, facilitating preparation, particularly the preparation of a pharmaceutical preparation for preventing and/or treating degenerative diseases of the central nervous system. Furthermore, the two crystal forms have a better apparent solubility than that of raw materials.
