The transistor 101_1 and the transistor 101_2 are turned on or off; thus, the wiring 112 and the wiring 111 become conducting or non-conducting.

The driver unit includes a p-channel first transistor and an n-channel second transistor having a back gate. Accordingly, even when the anode potential rises due to the deteriorated EL element, the rise is added to the gate electrode potential as it is, and the gate-source voltage of the driving TFT is allowed to be constant.
