  • Patent number: 11648202
Abstract: Water-dispersible pharmaceutical compositions of hydroxychloroquine sulfate in powder or granule form are provided that allow for ease of preparation of measured-dose, liquid suspensions that are palatable and suitable for pediatric administration. The compositions in granular or powder form are efficiently dissolvable in water and can be provided encapsulated within a two-piece releasable hard capsule or a packet or pouch for easy release. An ion-pairing agent is present in the formulation of the composition that masks the bitter taste of the hydroxychloroquine sulfate, significantly reducing the need for addition of a sweetening agent. Methods are provided for preparing the water-dispersible pharmaceutical compositions of hydroxychloroquine sulfate and for preparing palatable weight-based pediatric doses.

  • Patent number: 11653384
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a base station to determine whether to perform coverage enhancement for a random access procedure and to transmit an indication to a user equipment (UE) accordingly. For example, a base station may transmit an indication of whether coverage enhancement is associated with a second random access message (e.g., a random access Message 4 (Msg4)) using a first random access message (e.g., a random access Message 2 (Msg2)). The base station may transmit, and the UE receive, the second random access message accordingly. Implementing aspects of the present disclosure may enable coverage enhancement for random access procedures in wireless communications systems.

  • Publication number: 20230133067
Abstract: A method for determining a cathodic current (such as from a cathodic protection system) in a tubular disposed within a wellbore drilled in a subterranean zone. A electromagnetic tool disposed within the tubular includes an electromagnetic transmitter, an electromagnetic receiver, a helical transmitter coil, and a helical receiver coil. An axis of the helical transmitter coil and an axis of the helical receiver coil are substantially parallel to an axis of the tubular. An electromagnetic field is transmitted by flowing a first electrical current to the helical transmitter coil. During the transmitting, an electromagnetic signal is received by the electromagnetic receiver via the helical receiver coil. A second electrical current is calculated based on the electromagnetic signal received by the electromagnetic receiver. A magnitude of the cathodic current flowing through the tubular is calculated based on a difference between the first electrical current and the second electrical current.
