  • Publication number: 20010026764
Abstract: A freon compressor comprises a compressor device and an electromotor device. The electromotor device is used for driving the compressor device and consists of a stator and a rotor rotating within the stator. The stator further consists of a stator core and stator windings wired on the stator core, and a three-phase sine alternating current waveform is applied to the stator windings. Therefore, the magnetic lines of force of the electromotor device are stabilized in space and time and noise is significantly reduced.

  • Publication number: 20010019249
Abstract: The position detection signal Su, Sv, Sw obtained by detecting the intersection of the divided voltage E0 of the bus voltage and the divided voltage Ua, Va, Wa of the three phases U, V, W by the comparator CPu, CPv, CPw results in the central position of the flat portion. For the divided voltage Ua, Va, Wa of respective +terminal of the comparator CPu, CPv, CPw, the comparison voltage Evs, Ews, Eus obtained by dividing the voltage between the divided voltage Ua, Va, Wa of the following phase in the order and the divided voltage E0 is applied to respective −terminal. As the comparison voltage is phase shifted, the position can be detected by making a slant position ahead of the flat point the intersection.

  • Patent number: 6285782
Abstract: An electronic component mounting apparatus, an electronic component recognition device and an electronic component recognition method are provided which enable accurate recognition for correcting deviations in alignment of an electronic component in relation to its mounting position. An electronic component being held by a mounting head is illuminated, and a camera visually recognizes the electronic component. A light reflector disposed on a bottom face of the mounting head has a reflector for totally reflecting light, an illuminating body disposed on the reflector which illuminates by absorbing light from a first light source, and a selectively transmitting body disposed on the illuminating body which transmits light from the first light source and absorbs light from a second light source. This configuration causes the light entering the camera from the light reflector to be even. Two lighting methods, i.e.

  • Patent number: 4796243
Abstract: A time base correcting circuit for a digital video tape recorder incorporates a circuit improvement which ameliorates the consequences of erroneous synchronizing address data which is at times supplied with the digitized video signal. Since normally the synchronized address data is incremented for each subsequent block of digital data, the circuit compares incoming synchronized address data to an internally calculated address data field. If the incoming synchronized address data does not match the self-generated synchronized address data, the self-generated address data is substituted for the incoming address data. Preferably, the correction is provided only over short predetermined periods. The circuit reduces degradation of the video signal which is otherwise caused by reception of inaccurate synchronized address data.

  • Patent number: 4680791
Abstract: A processing apparatus for producing a recording signal from a video signal is disclosed. The video signal is coded to include a plurality of sub-blocks, each of the sub-blocks including a synchronizing code representing a period of the sub-block. Address information varying in content at every sub-block is added to synchronizing code. A pseudo-random signal having a different code pattern with respect to each of the sub-blocks is generated. The video signal is scrambled responsive to the pseudo-random signal.

  • Patent number: 4618156
Abstract: An improved vehicle height control system comprises vehicle height adjusters responsive to a control signal for adjusting a longitudinal inclination of the vehicle body, an inclination signal generator for generating an inclination signal indicative of an inclination of a road surface on which the vehicle is running, and a control unit for supplying to the vehicle height adjusters the control signal for increasing the height of the rear part of the vehicle body relative to that of the front part thereof when the road surface is ascendant.

  • Patent number: 4594526
Abstract: An electromechanical transducer comprising a bimorph and applicable, for example, to a helical scan type VTR for displacing a magnetic head into alignment with a magnetic track on a videotape, together with a control device for the electromechanical transducer. The bimorph is displaceabe at a free end portion thereof in response to a voltage applied thereacross. The control device comprises a sensor for sensing a displacement of the transducer, a drive circuit for driving the bimorph in response to externally derived drive signals which include a head position compensation drive signal, a feedback circuit for applying negative feedback to the drive circuit in response to a sensed displacement, and a low pass filter for cutting off high frequency components of the drive signal. The feedback circuit includes a high pass filter for reducing frequencies lower than first order resonance frequency.

  • Patent number: 4492974
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided to include a vertical type MOSFET and a gate protection element for the MOSFET. The vertical type MOSFET is made up of a silicon layer of n-type conductivity formed on an n.sup.+ -type silicon substrate, a base region of p-type conductivity formed in the surface of the silicon layer of n-type conductivity, an n.sup.+ -type source region provided in the base region, and a gate electrode formed on a portion of the base region through a gate insulating film. The silicon substrate serves as the drain. The gate protection element is formed of a polycrystalline silicon layer which is provided on the base region through an insulating film and includes at least one pn junction. By virtue of forming the gate protection element over the base region rather than directly over the substrate, a more stable operation is achieved.

  • Patent number: 4481450
Abstract: For use in a motor vehicle having a windshield, a control system comprises a raindrop sensor which emits a beam of radiation into a section of the windshield from the inner surface thereof at such an angle of incidence that the beam reflects off the outer surface and detects the reflected beam to convert it into a first signal. The first signal is compared with a reference value to generate a second signal. A motor control circuit is responsive to the second signal for closing a window of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 4446472
Abstract: An electrophotographically information recording method of recording the external information on recording paper by forming the information as an electrostatic latent image on a charged photosensitive element and then by electrophotographically treating the electrostatic latent image. When the information can be introduced within the predetermined information introduction time, the recording operations is accomplished by the electrophotographic treatment subsequently to the introduction. When the information cannot be wholly introduced within the predetermined information introduction time, the electrophotographically treating operations excepting the formation of the electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive element and the feed of the recording paper are continued, so that these remaining operations of the formation of the electrostatic latent image and the feed of the recording paper are started immediately after the introduction of the information.

  • Patent number: 4435722
Abstract: An electrophotographic recording apparatus incorporating an electrostatic recording head disposed in closely spaced gap-defining proximity to the surface of a rotatable charge carrying drum additionally includes a light source for illuminating the gap when a housing door of the copier is open. The illuminated gap is thereby readily visible to facilitate verification of proper spacing between the drum surface and the recording head. A manually operable switch disposed within the housing permits normally-disabled rotation of the drum when the housing door is open so that the presence and width of the gap may be verified along the entire circumference of the rotatable drum.
