  • Patent number: 5641594
Abstract: A colored, photosensitive resin composition of a pigment dispersing-type is disclosed. The colored, photosensitive resin composition is characterized by containing (a) a polymer having alcohlic or phenolic hydroxyl groups, (b) a compound capable of producing a nitrene when irradiated with an actinic radiation, (c) a pigment, and (d) a solvent. Preferably, the composition further contains (e) a heat crosslinking agent and/or (f) a compound having a polymerizable double bond in addition to the above ingredients.According to the present invention, the production of a color filter need not be performed in an inert gas atmosphere, does not require an oxygen barrier film and does not require heating during the period of from the exposure step to the development step. Thus, the use of the composition permits the color filter production steps to be made significantly simple so that the composition provides a great value in industrial utilization.

  • Patent number: 5499362
Abstract: In an image processing apparatus, when a hard copy of image data displayed on a display with reduced gradation and non-image data displayed on the display is simultaneously produced, the image data are automatically printed as data having original high gradation while being synthesized with the non-image data. When a hard copy of image data and non-image data displayed on a bit-map display having low gradation is produced, the image data having high gradation is printed by a full-color printer by reading original-image data having the high gradation from a hard disk and synthesizing the read data with the non-image data in an image memory by a printer control unit according to image control information stored in an image control table.

  • Patent number: 5463719
Abstract: In a fuzzy inference operation method according to the present invention, the condition part membership function is referred to according to a singleton input variable so as to determine the condition part membership value and then the determined condition part membership value is judged whether it is the minimum value for a membership value. If so, the minimum value is used as the desired membership value and the system omits the MIN and MAX value operations for the applicable condition part membership value and jumps to the MIN-MAX operation under the next rule.

  • Patent number: 5074769
Abstract: A rotary compressor includes a support member for supporting a revolution piston while preventing rotary movement thereof with respect to its axis, and at least two sliding blades provided in the revolution piston. Both blades are biased against a surrounding cylinder by a one-piece spring. The maximum volume of the chamber is larger than the conventional chamber due to reciprocal movement of the slidable blades. The blades are positioned or rest at almost the same position in the radial direction of the revolution piston. Therefore, any inertia which effects the spring due to the sliding blades is very small. Thus, the sliding blades press the cylinder with almost constant force which is predetermined by the spring, even if the revolution piston changes the rotational speed thereof.

  • Patent number: 5051070
Abstract: A compressor suitable for use in a vehicle cooling system. The compressor includes a cylinder having a cylindrical inner wall surface, a rotor supported by a crankshaft having an eccentric portion in the cylinder. A pair of vanes are carried at diametrically opposed positions by the rotor to extend in a radial direction, each of the vanes having a radially outward edge which is in sliding contact with the inner wall surface of the cylinder. End plates are secured to the cylinder at the axially opposite ends of the cylinder. A link mechanism is provided between the rotor and at least one of the end plates so that the rotor conducts a reciprocating angular movement in an angular range in response to a rotation of the crankshaft. The inner wall surface of the cylinder, the vanes and the end plates define working chambers of which volumes are variable in response to the angular movement of the rotor.
