  • Publication number: 20110255201
Abstract: In one embodiment, a semiconductor integrated circuit includes a power source circuit connected to a terminal of a first high potential side power source and outputs a voltage of a second high potential side power source, and an output transistor outputting an output signal to an output terminal. A cathode of a first diode is connected to the terminal of the first high potential side power source and an anode thereof is connected to the output terminal. A current source and a capacitor are connected between a terminal of the second high potential side power source and the terminal of a low potential side power source. A signal from a connection node of the current source and the capacitor and a control signal are inputted to a logic circuit, and the logic circuit outputs a signal obtained by a logic operation to the control terminal of the output transistor.

  • Publication number: 20110217106
Abstract: An information output apparatus includes a reception part, a determination part and an information output part. The reception part receives identification information of a product. The determination part reads a content of a nutrient contained in the product having the identification information received by the reception part from a storage part, compares the read content of the nutrient with a reference value indicating a display allowable range in which a display relating to the content of the nutrient may be performed, and determines whether the display relating the content of the nutrient may be performed for the product. When it is determined that the display relating the content of the nutrient may be performed for the product, the information output part outputs information relating to the content of the nutrient.

  • Publication number: 20080122014
Abstract: In a semiconductor device, such as a MOSFET or the like, which is a high-frequency LSI achieving a low noise figure and a high maximum oscillation frequency and which has unit cells with a ring-shaped gate electrode arranged in an array, gate drawing wires connecting together the gate electrode and gate contact pad portions are arranged on a region excluding a drain region and a source region, that is, on an isolation region. Bending portions of the ring-shaped gate electrode are all formed on the isolation region. This therefore permits an improvement in high frequency characteristics such as noise, the maximum oscillation frequency, and the like while eliminating unnecessary gate capacity addition, and also permits small characteristic variation even if a machining shape of the bending portions of the gate electrode is unstable.

  • Patent number: 7226249
Abstract: In this insert, in addition to the insert being formed so that the cutting edge is twisted at a helix angle within the range of 5° to 25° about the axis when the insert is attached to the insert mounting seat, the thickness of the insert body at the flank located on a straight line, which passes through the center of the rough hemisphere formed by the rotational locus of the cutting edge and forms an angle of inclination of 90° relative to the axis, is set to be within the range of 0.5 D to 0.9 D relative to the thickness D of the rough plate that composes the insert body. As a result, since a comparatively gentle but adequately large helix angle is imparted to the cutting edge, cutting resistance decreases. In addition, since the thickness of the insert body at the flank on the rear end side of the insert body is not excessively thin, the rigidity of the insert body is adequately secured.

  • Patent number: 6913426
Abstract: A throwaway insert enables reduction in cutting force and improves chip separation ability without sacrificing the strength of cutting edge thereof. An upper face of the throwaway insert is provided with an undulating portion, which is formed by alternately arranged concave portions and convex portions, so as to provide a wavy shape to the cutting edge. The undulating portion comprises four concave portions, i.e., a first deep-concave portion, a first shallow-concave portion, a second deep-concave portion, and a second shallow-concave portion. The first deep-concave portion and the second deep-concave portion are located so that effective cutting region of the cutting edge is divided into three portions having lengths substantially equal to each other, and the second deep-concave portion is made deeper than the first deep-concave portion.

  • Patent number: 6679657
Abstract: In the tool for bore diameter work of the present invention, first and second insert restraining faces are provided opposite each other on a insert installation section, and have projecting V-shapes parallel to the longitudinal direction of a shank. The top and bottom faces of the insert have indented V-shapes in correspondence with the first and second insert restraining faces. When a clamp bolt is tightened, the first insert restraining face elastically changes shape toward the second insert restraining face, pressingly securing the insert in the shank. Therefore, the insert can be easily attached and removed, and high installation rigidity of the insert can be maintained.
