  • Publication number: 20130328224
Abstract: A resin amount for forming each first-stage resin layer portion (a first-stage resin replica portion) 41da in a first process is defined to be greater than a resin amount for forming each second-stage resin layer portion (a second-stage resin replica portion) 41db in a second process. Therefore, at a boundary between the first-stage resin layer portion 41da and the second-stage resin layer portion 41db, a joint portion 48 at which resin overlaps is formed, whereby occurrence of an undercut shape can be avoided. Therefore, in a molding process using a sub-master die 40 and a sub-sub-master die 50 obtained from the sub-master die 40, occurrence of an undesired shape can be avoided, whereby mold release resistance can be reduced or eliminated.

  • Publication number: 20130320709
Abstract: There is provided a front vehicle body structure. The structure includes a front-side frame which is disposed on each side of a power unit in a vehicle width direction, and extends in a fore-and-aft direction; and a load-transfer member disposed outside in the width direction, near a front-end of the front-side frame, a rear end of the load-transfer member being fixed to a certain position of a outer lateral side of the front-side frame in the width direction, the certain position being located forwardly of a center of the power unit in the fore-and-aft direction, a front-end of the load-transfer member being disposed forwardly and outwardly of the rear end. A load to the front-end of the load-transfer member in a rearward direction of the vehicle causes a vicinity area of the fixed position to be displaced in a direction in which the vicinity area approaches the power unit.

  • Publication number: 20120248638
Abstract: The material of core supporting members (12, 22) is selected such that the thermal expansion coefficient thereof is higher than that of molding sleeves (10, 20). Even when the diameter of openings (10a, 20a) of the molding sleeves (10, 20) is increased due to thermal expansion during transfer molding, the outside diameter of the core supporting members (12, 22) is further increased, gaps between the core supporting members (12, 22) and the openings (10a, 20a) are eliminated. As a result, the optical axes of transfer-molded surfaces formed on cores (13, 23) are accurately positioned with respect to the axes of the openings (10a, 20a), resulting in high-precision optical elements and the like.

  • Patent number: 8114190
Abstract: Method and system for a cement burning facility. When exhaust gas in a part of a preheater or a kiln inlet of a cement kiln is extracted, a cement material is dispersed. The dispersed amount of the cement material is adjusted to maintain the temperature of the extracted gas between 950° C. and 1,150° C. The extracted gas is cooled to at most the melting point of a chlorine compound. A solid-gas separation device adjusts classification particle size to between 15 ?m and 30 ?m. A dust trap removes fine powder dust with a particle size equal to or smaller than the classification particle size. The amount of fine powder dust collected by the dust trap is maintained between 50 g/m3N and 150 g/m3N, with the concentration of chlorine in the collected fine powder dust set to between 5% and 20%.
