Publication number: 20100209608Abstract: An objective is to provide a film formation method with which a layer having reduced defects, a die obtained by the film formation method, and a method of manufacturing the die. Free carbons increase in the case of reducing hydrogen gas as a carrier gas, so that concave portions are generated and increased during the molding transfer surface process. It was commonly known that hydrogen gas employed for the thermal CVD was set to 2 moles, but it was found out that generation of concave portions was possible to be largely inhibited by setting hydrogen gas to at least 3 moles. However, a level of up to 8 moles is preferable in view of practical use, since dilution of the total raw material gas causes a decline of reaction speed in the case of too much increase of hydrogen gas, resulting in the low speed of film formation.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 27, 2010Publication date: August 19, 2010Inventors: Shigeru Hosoe, Hiroyuki Matsuda

Publication number: 20100083878Abstract: An object of this invention is to provide an exhaust gas treatment method and system for a cement burning facility which allows the handling property of collected powder dust to be improved and which enables smooth removal of hydrogen chloride that may result from burning of organic sludge. When part of exhaust gas in a lowermost part of a preheater 3 or a kiln inlet part 2 of a cement kiln 1 is extracted to obtain extracted gas, a cement material is dispersed, and the disperse amount of the cement material is adjusted so as to maintain the temperature of the extracted gas between 950° C. and 1,150° C. The extracted gas is cooled to at most the melting point of a chlorine compound. Then, solid-gas separation device 12 adjusts a classification particle size to between 15 ?m and 30 ?m. Dust trap 13 collects and removes fine powder dust with a particle size equal to or smaller than the classification particle size.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 22, 2009Publication date: April 8, 2010Applicant: Mitsubishi Materials CorporationInventors: Yoshiaki KOMATSU, Michio Ishizaki, Hirokazu Shima, Hiroyuki Matsuda

Patent number: 7655923Abstract: A mesh (M) having an ellipsoid shape or a shape close to the ellipsoid shape is attached to an electrode (EL1) among electrodes (EL1 to ELn). Voltages of the later-stage electrodes (EL2 to ELn) are appropriately set. With this arrangement, a local negative spherical aberration generated by the mesh (M) is cancelled out with a positive spherical aberration. This optimizes an electric field distribution. As a result, this realizes an electrostatic lens whose acceptance angle is extended to about ±60°.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 2004Date of Patent: February 2, 2010Assignees: National University Corporation Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Jeol, Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Daimon, Hiroyuki Matsuda, Makoto Kato, Masato Kudo
