    Abstract: Provided is an oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug containing a 3-bromopyruvate as an axial ligand, with a molecular formula of cis,trans,cis-[Pt(1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane)(OH)(3-bromopyruvate)(C2O4)]. It is a prodrug of oxaliplatin and 3-bromopyruvic acid is a small molecular glycolysis inhibitor. The prodrug is able to simultaneously act on DNA replication and glycolytic pathways of cancer cells, giving full play to the advantage of double-acting targets. The oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug is synthesized by using oxaliplatin as a starting material, performing axial oxidation with H2O2 and neutralizing the oxidized product with 3-bromopyruvic acid.

Various functional components of the SED are positioned on rigid regions of the substrate defined by the folding pattern. Such that the various functional components are protected from large deformations due to a folding or unfolding process, ensuring good performance of the functional components.

    Abstract: A kirigami enabled manufacturing method and systems are provided. The method includes providing a plurality of substrate units for mounting electronic devices in an initial state; providing at least one connector connecting adjacent substrate units of the plurality of substrate units in the initial state, wherein the at least one connector includes one or more foldable areas defined by a plurality of creases and n stretchable layers stacking on one another; folding the one or more foldable areas of the connector along the plurality of creases by 180°; and flipping and expanding the n stretchable layers of the connector into one layer of a planar predetermined pattern connecting the plurality of substrate units. The enabled manufacturing method and systems expand a small area of thin film material to a large area network by the folding and expanding processes.
