    Abstract: An electrical power connector and a terminal assembly are disclosed. The electrical power connector includes a base and two terminal assemblies arranged up and down and being in a left-right staggered arrangement. Each terminal assembly includes a conductive terminal and two reinforcing terminals located on two sides of the conductive terminal. L-shaped pressing portions of the two reinforcing terminals together clamp arc protruding parts of the conductive terminal, so that the two terminal assemblies have high conductivity and good elastic to provide a better electrical performance and a long term reliable connection.

    Abstract: A power socket terminal is provided, comprising a base plate, a pair of asymmetric elastic arms and a receiving space defined by the base plate and the pair of the elastic arm. First contact portions of the pair of the elastic arms are located at the same level, and second contact portions thereof are staggered in a vertical direction. Some second contact portions are higher than the first contact portions, and other second contact portions are lower than the first contact portions. Using this design, when the plug is inserted into and mated with the power socket terminal of the present invention, the plug will be subjected to balance forces and be kept in a correct insertion state for forming a normal power circuit. Therefore, the power socket terminal of the present invention has the characteristics of high security, good electric property and reliable connection.

    Abstract: A Fin-FET fabrication approach and structure are provided using channel epitaxial regrowth flow (CRF). The method includes forming a Fin-FET structure including a Si line on a substrate, shallow trench isolation (STI) oxide on both sides of the Si line on the substrate, and a poly wall on top of and across the STI oxide and the Si line, wherein the Si line is higher than the STI oxide from the substrate. The method further includes thinning the STI oxide and the Si line while maintaining about the same height ratio of the Si line and the STI oxide, and forming a spacer wall adjacent to both sides of the poly wall and further adjacent to Si and STI oxide side walls under the poly wall uncovered due thinning the STI oxide and the Si line.

    Abstract: An electrical connector with locking structures is disclosed. The electrical connector comprises an insulation housing, two locking plates, multiple power terminals and multiple signal terminals. The insulation housing forms two locking structures, each of which includes a platform, a vertical fastener passage, a horizontal holding passage and a vertical block. There forms a gap between the vertical block and a bottom support wall of the holding passage. Each locking plate is an L type and has a horizontal locking portion, a vertical locking portion and a locking foot. The horizontal locking portion is fixed in the holding passage, the vertical locking portion is clamped in the gap, and the locking foot is used to fix the electrical connector on a circuit board. The locking structure can ensure the locking plate to be fixed on a preset position, thereby protecting the electrical connector when using.
