    Abstract: A light integration rod has a light incident end and a light emitting end opposite to each other. A normal vector of a light emitting cross section of the light emitting end is non-parallel to a light emitting direction of the light integration rod. The invention further provides a projection device having the light integration rod. The light integration rod and the projection device provided by the invention can reduce the defocus phenomenon of the light on the light valve, thereby improving the light utilization efficiency.

A first integral capacitor is coupled between a first input terminal of a comparator and a first output terminal of a DAC. After a first residue capacitor samples a residue generated by the DAC, the first residue capacitor is coupled to the first integral capacitor for charge-sharing of the residue voltage.

    Abstract: A silicon carbide crystal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The silicon carbide crystal includes an N-type seed layer, a barrier layer, and a semi-insulating ingot, which are sequentially stacked and are made of silicon carbide. The N-type seed layer has a resistivity within a range of 0.01-0.03 ?·cm. The barrier layer includes a plurality of epitaxial layers sequentially formed on the N-type seed layer by an epitaxial process. The C/Si ratios of the epitaxial layers gradually increase in a growth direction away from the N-type seed layer. A nitrogen concentration of the silicon carbide crystal gradually decreases from the N-type seed layer toward the semi-insulating ingot by a diffusion phenomenon, so that the semi-insulating crystal has a resistivity larger than 107 ?·cm.

    Abstract: A detoxified recombinant E. coli heat-labile enterotoxin mutant, LTS61K, is employed as a carrier protein to conjugate polysaccharide. The LTS61K contains a mutated mature sub-unit A (LTA) that includes lysine at amino acid position 61 and a wild-type mature sub-unit B (LTB). Various types of bacterial capsular polysaccharide antigens were chemically conjugated with the LTS61K protein by a reductive amination reaction. The conjugated polysaccharide-LTS61K products were physically, chemically and biochemically identified as soluble form. Rabbits were immunized intramuscularly to determine the immunogenicity of conjugated vaccines by ELISA to detect anti-polysaccharide antigen IgG titers and serum bactericidal assay thereby determining the functional activity of the antibodies. Study results show that conjugated polysaccharide-LTS61K vaccines induce higher polysaccharide-specific IgG titers and greater bactericidal activity in sera than that of polysaccharide alone or polysaccharide mixed with LTS61K.
