    Abstract: Systems, devices and methods are described herein. An integrated light emitting diode (LED) lighting system includes an electronics board. An alternating current (AC) input is disposed on the electronics board. Multiple strings of LED devices are disposed on the electronics board, each having an individual voltage threshold. A buck converter is disposed on the electronics board and is electrically coupled to provide a direct current (DC) current based on an AC current at the AC input. A switching circuit is disposed on the electronics board and is electrically coupled to the strings of LED devices to apply the DC current to each of the strings in a sequence beginning at a time when an instantaneous voltage level at the AC input reaches the individual threshold voltage of a first one of the strings of LED devices in the sequence.

The magnetic actuator can simplify the actuator, reduce the number of components and the size thereof, as well as reducing the energy consumption and improving the stability thereof.

An uncalibrated e-beam model, which includes a long-range component and a short-range component, can be calibrated based on one or more test layouts. During correction, a first resist intensity map can be computed based on the long-range component of the calibrated e-beam model and a mask layout. Next, a target pattern in the mask layout can be corrected by, iteratively: (1) computing a second resist intensity map based on the short-range component of the calibrated e-beam model and the target pattern; (2) obtaining a combined resist intensity map by combining the first resist intensity map and the second resist intensity map; and (3) adjusting the target pattern based on the combined resist intensity map and the design intent.
