Publication number: 20250024262Abstract: A method for detecting information breach in a computer system. The method comprises: detecting a radio frequency signal in an area of the computer system. A set of samples of the radio frequency signal may be input to a machine learning model. An output of the machine learning model may be received. The output indicates whether the detected radio frequency signal is anomalous. An alarm signal may be generated in case the detected radio frequency signal is predicted as an anomalous signal.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 7, 2023Publication date: January 16, 2025Inventors: Marc Henri Coq, Samuel R. Publication number: 20240213217Abstract: An apparatus includes a chip package that has a chip connection surface and has an array of micro-bumps on the chip connection surface. The array of micro-bumps includes a plurality of subarrays of micro-bumps. Micro-bumps within each subarray are spaced apart by a chip pitch and the subarrays within the array are spaced apart by a card pitch that is an integer multiple of the chip pitch. The apparatus also includes a laminate circuit card that has a card connection surface that faces the chip connection surface of the chip package and that has an array of card pads adjacent to the card connection surface. The card pads are spaced apart by the card pitch, and each of the card pads is aligned to and electrically connected with a corresponding subarray of micro-bumps. In some embodiments, an interposer connects the card pads to the micro-bumps, and may include decoupling capacitors.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 21, 2022Publication date: June 27, 2024Inventors: David Michael Audette, Grant Wagner, Steven Paul Ostrander, Hubert Harrer, Arvind Kumar, Thomas Anthony Wassick, Matthew Sean Grady, Sungjun Chun

Patent number: 11984282Abstract: A circuit breaker, in particular of a power breaker, having a busbar which is mounted so as to be movable between a closed position and an open position. The busbar, a trip device and a hand lever are coupled by means of the mechanism in such a way that, when the hand lever is moved from the first position into the second position, the busbar is moved from the open position into the closed position. Upon tripping of the trip device, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position, and the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position if it is not blocked. When the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position regardless of whether the busbar is blocked in the closed position.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2022Date of Patent: May 14, 2024Assignee: Ellenberger & Poensgen GmbHInventors: Hubert Harrer, Hendrik-Christian Koepf, Klaus Loos, Klaus Werner, Juergen Zeberl

Patent number: 11960426Abstract: Concurrent servicing of a first cable of a cable pair while a second cable of the cable pair remains operational improves multi-processor computer system availability and serviceability. A pair of processing chips in different processing drawers may continue operation by way of the second cable while the first cable is degraded or serviced. Upon the servicing of the first cable, the serviced cable may transition to a fully operational state with no interruptions to the operations between the processing drawers by way of the second cable. Since cable faults are typically more common than processing chip or processing drawer faults, identification of cable faults and the ability to maintain operations of the processing drawers connected therewith is increasingly important.Type: GrantFiled: June 1, 2022Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Rajat Rao, Patrick James Meaney, Glenn David Gilda, Michael Jason Cade, Robert J Sonnelitter, III, Hubert Harrer, Xiaomin Duan, Christian Jacobi, Arthur O'Neill
