The method includes: when it is required to make an encrypted call, a calling encryption terminal applying to a key management center for a key according to the type of the encrypted call; the calling encryption terminal and a called encryption terminal receiving working keys sent from the key management center, setting respective working states, and synchronizing the working keys and the working states to respective encryption modules; and the encryption module of the calling encryption terminal and the encryption module of the called encryption terminal respectively making an encrypted call by using the working keys. The MPS diode also includes a III-nitride epitaxial structure comprising a first III-nitride epitaxial layer coupled to the first side of the substrate, wherein a region of the first III-nitride epitaxial layer comprises an array of protrusions. The III-nitride epitaxial structure also includes a plurality of III-nitride regions of a second conductivity type, each partially disposed between adjacent protrusions. Each of the plurality of III-nitride regions of the second conductivity type comprises a first section laterally positioned between adjacent protrusions and a second section extending in a direction normal to the first side of the substrate. The MPS diode further includes a first metallic structure electrically coupled to one or more of the protrusions and to one or more of the second sections.

The hybrid delivery method of contents comprises the steps of: enabling a server to generate composition information of divided SVC video contents by dividing the SVC video contents to be delivered from the server to a client; and transmitting the divided SVC video contents to the client using a plurality of delivery networks. Therefore, the hybrid delivery method of contents can efficiently use various delivery networks.

The method includes providing a metal gate (MG), an etch stop layer (ESL) formed on the MG, and a dielectric layer formed on the ESL. The paging control method includes: receiving a downlink service data packet; determining whether a user terminal corresponding to the downlink service data packet is in idle state; and if the user terminal is in idle state, performing matching between the downlink service data packet and at least one bearer connection control policy, and controlling, according to a matched bearer connection control policy, paging towards the user terminal corresponding to the downlink service data packet. The present invention solves a technical problem in the prior art that network resources are wasted due to unlimited use of low-cost Internet voice/messaging services by users, and also controls paging towards a user terminal in idle state effectively, thereby improving user experience.
